While transformed using Combination Transformation can any jutsu be used?

I believe that would depend upon the nature of your transformation. Say you were to combine with a snake to give yourself snake-like abilities and body parts such as the forked tongue for smell and eyes that can detect heat but your body remains the same otherwise, you should be able to still perform all techniques you had before.

However if you were to combine with a snake to turn into a snake, I would say you would be limited within reason to certain techniques.

You read his question wrong. Not one handseal, but one handed handseals. Like how Haku can make handseals with only one hand. As far as I know, only he is able to do so and only with ice jutsus, I believe. I might be wrong though.

I wanted to know if it requires any for a person whose affinity is not water.
Cuz the description says its an advanced version where you can perform without being in contact with the person but it doesn't in anyway tell you anything about reduced handseals:shrug:

ONE-HANDED Handseals (aka performing a handseal with only one hand) are limited in use to Haku and Haku only. It is entirely possible to perform 5 handseals with just one hand with him. So Picture Haku having only one arm, and still being able to perform handseals to clear this up.

Performing one handseal for a technique is entirely different. You need both hands to do any handseals (Unless you are Haku)

what about deidara when fighting gaara, handseal hiruzen used to detonate paper bombs on the shodai and nidai. I've seen many cases of one handed seals...^^

That is the seal of confrontation, the statues as the valley of the end are holding that hand seal as well. That seal has limited uses which you pretty much covered in you question/statement. I think there is an earth technique that utilizes it but in conjunction with other seals (two handed) as well.

It is actually called the Seal of Confrontation, this is the earth tech I mentioned that uses it:

Seal of Confrontation Edit

The Seal of Confrontation (対立の印, Tairitsu no In), which looks like a half-tiger/ram, is the symbol of combat and is a universal sign of engagement between shinobi. There is no seal needed for detonation.
I've seen scorps do it by 'mental note' in some battle tests.

1. No, unless the genjutsu affects multiple opponents.
2. Yes, up to four per battle. I believe you can have multiple summons of the same species on the field at the same time.
