I don't think you got my question lol.

I'm talking about the normal genjutsu in our jutsu list.
Say my opponent erects a big wall in between us, or say we are covered in the mist or if the opponent throws smokebombs on himself to hide his location. Or any other thing in those lines.....
Can I, in that case cast my opponent under genjutsu when I only know he's there somewhere in front of me but can't exactly pinpoint his location??

1.I would like to make my own elemental KG called hardened water release (using both water and wind, though you are not required to be a part of the Yuki clan), what are the rules regarding this?
2.How do I go about learning custom jutsu?

1. Hardened water release sounds as if it is practically ice. Furthermore, you can create a custom clan upon becoming an official sage (reaching Sage Rank in posts and passing an official test given to you by Nexus). In the clan, you can have them have access to a special element though as I said above, it's basically ice or compressed water, which can already be created via customs.
2. You approach the person whose customs you wish to learn and ask them what can you do to learn them. If they aren't a Sensei (Orange colored name), they can only teach you A-rank and below customs. Senseis can teach S-ranks and Forbidden ranked customs.

Flying would only work if you are far enough away to create the wings and liftoff before they skewer you. If you are within short range, it wouldn't work. Mid-range, perhaps. Short range, you're good.

Bones are conductors of electricity. When the bones are erupting, they erupt in a circular fashion, spreading outwards from the user. As they spread, use a powerful enough lightning jutsu to hit the bones. This will cause them to either explode or at the least, break the bones the lightning hit. In theory, the lightning will still have affected the bones and the raiton chakra will have spread through the bone, effecting every bone connected to it and if the user of it has already touched or merged with the bones, then you electrocute him inside his own bones, creating a type of coffin for him. Or you can use the lightning to cause several of the bones near you to shatter, freeing your location from the bones. I'd run forward and release a lightning projectile with great force towards the bones and as they are hit and blasted, I'd go where they once were, successfully avoiding the rest if done with enough speed.

You also can use a hot enough fire jutsu to cause the bones to melt. There are numerous ways out of it

No. It would need to be at least S-rank if it was unfocussed.

This means that an A-Rank Element X technique can only be stopped by a S-Rank Element Z technique. On the other hand, a B-Rank Element W Technique will stop an A-Rank Element X technique. An A-Rank Element X technique will be stopped by an A-Rank Element Y technique.

Bones are weak to lightning so wouldn't one be correct to say that given the knowledge gained from above a rank lightning would be enough to shatter the s rank bones ,focused or unfocused, due to lightning strength over bones.

No, unfocused lightning doesn't have as much strength as focused lightning. Nagashi only paralyzes the foe, so why would it destroy S-ranked dense bones? At the most, it'd create a current within the bones that are within short range of the user of Nagashi, which would likely cause paralysis of the opponent if they are inside any of those bones. Nagashi doesn't give off enough power to cause destruction to those bones.

The basis behind that thought is the fact that bones are generally porous. This creates pockets in the bone that leave it weak to lighting. But through our KG, Kaguyas can control the density of the bones we create, therefor directly control the porosity... Meaning it shouldn't be weak to it.

No it cant the rules states that: Sage Mode cannot be learned on KG or EIG bios or Cannon bios not seen possessing it. Custom Clan bios cannot possess Sage Mode.

As far as sage mode is concerned, I dont think Naras can learn it. Even though Hidden techniques are not mentioned in the rules, I still classify them the same as KG in this instance. The main point behind the rule is to make sage mode available to bios which do not have "power-ups".
