Re: Q&a - open for every rank!
While using his Rinnegan can a Nagato bio see chakra?
Can a Nagato bio sense chakra?
When a Nagato bio creates a summon does the summon add to the reaction time of Nagato like So6P?
When a Nagato bio opens a path, can that get him out of genjutsu?
Is the Gedo Mazo a summon or a summon jutsu? and if it is a summon jutsu do you have to do 5 handseals and slam hand on ground?

1- Yes, like the sharingan, the rinnengan can also see chakra.
2 - Yes, I believe Nagato bios are also sensors (since I've seen people activate the sensing jutsu), but I'm not 100 percent sure.
3 - I don't understand..
4 - Nope.
5 - It's a summon, so you post the C-ranked summoning jutsu and mention that you summoned it. I'm assuming this since it has canon jutsus which say the Gedo Mazo does this and things like that but doesn't have a jutsu which actually summons it.

You mean 6POP? o_o
It does add onto that as rinnegan's have linked vision and according to speed chart, it.
Rinnegan: x1.5 (+ (x0.25 for each body that is looking at the opponent)) added onto what you can already look at.

Naw I mean Nagato.
And for question 2, I meant can he sense chakra with the Rinnegan?
Does the Rinnegan have the slow down effect like the sharingon?

Re: Q&a - open for every rank!
in a 2v2 fight, does pouring your chakra into your partner to break genjutsu count as a move?

Yes, as it is a form of Kai....
( Genjutsu: Kai ) - Illusion Technique: Release
Rank: C-S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15-40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.
@ZandaT no the rinnegan doesn't as far as I know.

Re: Q&a - open for every rank!
What are the rules about jutsus that are effected by rank?
Ex.
Killing Intent & Paralysis jutsus?

Re: Q&a - open for every rank!
Ok squirtle-san (Aka my favorite water pokemon)
I have seen many matches where a person would use Killing intent on their opponent and then say you can't counter or your paralyzed due to your rank.
I just lost two matches bcz I don't know how to counter Temporary Body Paralysis Technique.
So is countering paralysis the same as countering genjutsu?

In order to work TBPT required that the opponent is two ranks below, and for Killing intent it also needs to be two rank and below to work efficiently, but if it were used on a opponent of same rank it will stop them for a second or two. And they are countered by genjutsu but they are a bit trickier to counter as you are paralyzed.
Edit: Damn you Mig <_>

yea yeah, NO, for it to have any ACTUAL effect you need to be at least 2 ranks above your opponent, i mean, if he is only 1 rank below you it would like, stop him for 1 second i guess?

Are people like Blind or just ignorant? (no offense intended)
As i said, it CAN be used on anyone of equal rank of lower, BUT the effect that it will have will be Diferent.
It's not a requirement to use it on people 2 ranks below, it's a CHOICE, that 1 second may very well help you win if you know how to use it right.
