2 - Yes, I believe Nagato bios are also sensors (since I've seen people activate the sensing jutsu), but I'm not 100 percent sure.

I have seen many matches where a person would use Killing intent on their opponent and then say you can't counter or your paralyzed due to your rank.
I just lost two matches bcz I don't know how to counter Temporary Body Paralysis Technique.

So is countering paralysis the same as countering genjutsu?

just use Nagashi or Killing Intent as well (i think Scorps said somewhere it could work)


Killing Intent, eh, that works only people of 2 ranks below you if i remember correctly, so for example my Killing Intent could parlyze you as you are 2 ranks under me

In order to work TBPT required that the opponent is two ranks below, and for Killing intent it also needs to be two rank and below to work efficiently, but if it were used on a opponent of same rank it will stop them for a second or two. And they are countered by genjutsu but they are a bit trickier to counter as you are paralyzed.

WHOA NOW, since WHEN does TBPT work only on people under your rank? i remember this technique making me lose my Naruto test long ago so i never knew of this and i never got informed about this

edit: i got confirmed by my fellow sensei (Oraan) that it works on anyone

yea yeah, NO, for it to have any ACTUAL effect you need to be at least 2 ranks above your opponent, i mean, if he is only 1 rank below you it would like, stop him for 1 second i guess?

As i said, it CAN be used on anyone of equal rank of lower, BUT the effect that it will have will be Diferent.

It's not a requirement to use it on people 2 ranks below, it's a CHOICE, that 1 second may very well help you win if you know how to use it right.
