I believe that once you get the sharingan awakened, you don't have to do it again. It's like learning jutsu. If you master water and make a new bio, you still have water mastered. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

This is correct. Nearly everything, once you train in it, you have it. Only exceptions are bio-specific stuff, like Weights, Curse Modes, etc.

Also if a Sharigan bio has already been trained in sharingan, and i switch the character. But keep the KG, do i have to awaken it again?

Well all you have to do is look him up in the CJ thread section and they are allowed but it all depends on what abilities you want for it. That is where you have to restrict it but not so much that you have some air room like they do with the summons. Fours and then done which is kind of crazy to me but makes since since most of them are S rank. So just restrict fair enough.

I'm making a Sakon and Ukon bio. If i were to use their KG to separate from one another to fight the opponent together lets say for instance what would happen if Ukon died while Sakon Survived Like what would happen to the bio would it die or..

The bio? Well, if it's just a spar then nothing happens even if they both die. You can still use the bio in other spars or unofficial fights.

If it's an official fight or ninja world fight, then Ukon would be dead but you'd still have Sakon, you can continue to fight with Sakon until you defeat your opponent, or until sakon dies. If this were the case and it's an official fight, you have to go to the Narutobase Hospital (found the battle arena section) to heal up, and if it's in the ninja world, I think you re-spawn a week later, in your own village.
But I'm sure there is a jutsu which allows Sakon and Ukon to merge together and heal one another? o_O

No. C Rank Wind Vs D Rank lightning would be C rank lightning (From what i was taught completley overpowering it)

That lightning jutsu, you raise your hand to the sky and lightning comes down to shock your target. Dropping lid is directly above you, so the lightning would go through and contnue. But it's directly on top of you, so I think you would strike yourself.

I have a question. If someone were to use go underground jutsu like Hiding like a Mole or something, and someone else uses a non-harmful jutsu which alters the ground like say, Moving Earth Core, does that halt the movement of the first person?

It depends on if they used it where you were. as in the splitting.If it were the case of mud swamp then you are screwed as i learnt from experience. but if they cant find you then no it shouldnt.less they were sensory or doujutsu users.

That depends, for Moving Earth Core, if you were inside the area that moved up or down I believe you would move with the earth since you are inside of it and none of the aspects of the ground change when that jutsu is used, water, people and even plants are unaffected (by this I mean their positions don't change). However if it's something like Earth Flow Rampart where the ground tears apart and pushes upward I believe you would be pushed out of the ground.

Hmmm, well let me take this step by step.

First the C rank Wind takes on the D rank Lightning. That would mean the Wind is now D rank Wind, weakened by the Lightning, the Lightning is completely gone at this point. Next you shoot a set of D rank fireballs at the D rank Wind. This means (if you let every fireball from that jutsu hit the D rank Wind) that the fireballs would be less then a D rank jutsu.

At this point I believe it's a non-factor, it can't do anything really. So the second C rank Wind jutsu now takes on the less then D rank (E rank I guess ) jutsu.

C rank Wind > E rank fire

Wind continues on I'd say maybe as a weakened C rank wind blast/gust.

Wind is stronger then Lightning but it's not a huge difference, it's only a one rank advantage meaning.

D rank Wind > D rank Lightning
D rank Wind = C rank Lightning

with that same logic this can be deduced

D rank Fire > D rank Wind
D rank Fire = C rank Wind

0.0000000000001 seconds, you don't have to wait, you just have to fix what the bio was declined for then you are good to go.

&@Discussion above C rank wind vs D rank lightning= weakened C rank wind, not D rank, it takes C rank lightning to cause D rank wind. And also D rank fire= C rank wind meaning they will cancel each other out, so it is kinda on the margin of possibility since a D ranked fire might continue against the weakened C rank wind, I will say it is very weak fire E rank, and the E rank fire can't do anything about the C rank wind.

I should have phrased that better. If say someone uses Hiding like a Mole and I use Earth Moving Core and push the earth upwards, this person hiding can or cannot move due to me using a higher rank of jutsu and chakra on the earth they're in.

Ahh, I doubt they'd be able to move as they are only releasing small amounts of chakra into the ground to turn it to fine sand whereas you're releasing a lot more.

If my opponent makes a move and before I counter that bio gets dropped, do I still have to dodge his attack or does it become an invalid move making it not happen?
