Well you could argue that you can channel chakra through the summon, but that wont really work. Think about it, you hae to wait for the chakra to travel through the summon and into the ground. Gamabunta is huge! After that you have to actually form the jutsu. This is by the way assuming that it is possible to flow chakra through an animal.

Going by the above thoughts, we can also surmise that more powerful jutsu would take more time. Because more chakra would have to travel through the summon.

Doton jutsus require contact with the ground to cast, we all know that. But does standing on the head of a large summon (Gamabunta-sized) count as ground contact?

Is it a canon jutsu? If so, which one?

Some jutsus can do it, others can't, if it's a Custom Jutsu and you really can't say, unless it specifically says it can or can't be used without contact with the ground.

Is it possible to create a clone, then transform myself into a kunai, and then have my clone throw me and use Shuriken Shadow Clone jutsu to create a thousand clones of me as a kunai? Which would, in essence, would use the multi-shadow clone jutsu in our RP (since each of these "kunai" can de-transform into my clone). O_o

Can you make a custom jutsu that is an improvement of a cannan jutsu? I tried some inuzuka clan customs but they said it was declined because it was cannan or something but the customs I made aren't there as cannan. Mine are just three ninken and most cannan are just one ninken.

No you cannot in these days. Back in the days you could do so but now the mods would call "rip of cannon jutsu". I just submit an update of a cannon jutsu the last cycle and it got decline for being a rip of cannon jutsu. So no you cannot.

First, you need a good understanding of what you wish to tech and mastering it is a necessity , if you feel you are able to match both requirements, then ask Scorps, who will test your knowledge by a test I believe, if you showed sufficient amount of skill, he will give you one student to see if you are able to teach properly. If he thinks you did well in that session, then you can fully start. I think that's how it works, although I may be wrong.

Err I don't think so no, the shuriken shadow clone wasn't shown on living things. Like you wouldn't be able to walk up to someone and forcibly make a clone of them using that jutsu. When you transform, you don't gain the properties of the object you transform into just it's appearance.

But in theory, if the shuriken shadow clone works on shuriken then it should be able to work on other non-sentient objects like normal kunai.

Nah what happened was Naruto made a bunch of clones to attack zabuza. While he was busy with them, Naruto transformed and hid in and a clone threw him to Sasuke. Sasuke knew it was Naruto immediately because he weighed more than a regular shuriken. He then took out his own shuriken. He threw both with Naruto hiding in the shadow of the first. Zabuza caught the first shuriken and jumped the second. When zabuza jumped, Naruto transforms back and throws a Kunai at Zabuza.

as fas as I know you can't. to stop the technique you have to do something with the clouds. however you can hide from the rain if you can.
