well the wiki says it can't be sensed throught most means besides contact type, so does that include Rain Tiger and hiding like a mole but not dojutsu, sensor ninja weren't able to find him while it was on so what about the custom clan Kiyoshi senseing (not really asking you more just generally asking senseis and mods)

I have a question about chidori varients and other raiton jutsu which cause paralyse and/or numbing. If one is hit with one of these jutsu, can they still use jutsu which require no handseals (I'm assuming so), and how long does the paralyse/numbing last?

Yes, all water techniques that doesnt state that it requires water source and doesnt state otherwise requires a water source but the techniques will be updated so its even more clear, all water jutsu that require water source will in the future state they require one

If the person is inactive, you can ask a moderator about it. Then it's their call to whether you're allowed to take that character or not.

So I read the front page and noticed a mistake... Kisame can actually absorb Chakra without Samehada in general... So he doesn't need to be holding onto Samehada to absorb it at all actually.

I assume you're asking whether you can post your new bio, even though you can't drop your current bio for 6 more days.

The answer to that is: No, you can't, and Cali will be very angry. I would recommend waiting the full 6 days, as you don't want to make Cali angry.

I'm just wondering something about the Lightning/Water combo thing. Say there's two people in a fight and they start at mid-range. If you were to use, say a mid range water jutsu such as Water Whip, and combine a short range lightning jutsu with it such as Electromagnetic Murder, would the lightning conduct with the water and travel down to mid range, even though the technique itself is short range?
