I'm just wondering something about the Lightning/Water combo thing. Say there's two people in a fight and they start at mid-range. If you were to use, say a mid range water jutsu such as Water Whip, and combine a short range lightning jutsu with it such as Electromagnetic Murder, would the lightning conduct with the water and travel down to mid range, even though the technique itself is short range?

Yes when lightning conducts into water, the range is set the body of water's range. This is further explained in Izuna's elemental combinations thread here.

Yes it is a blinding light but it can be used as a medium for a genjutsu meaning you first blind an opponent then peform the genjutsu while they are blinded making them less likely to realize they have been trapped in an illusion in some cases

As a Hyuuga you get the Byakugan auto, and there isn't techniques for the Byakugan itself either. It only enables you to learn the Jyuuken, which you then follow what Howard said and ask Seto Kaiba.

Water raises the range of conducted lightning for one range. If the lightning is short and used in a long range body of water it will span until mid range. Also, lets not forget, not all lightning jutsu can be used like this. Some lighting jutsu that are very dense will simply disperse in water, losing most of their power.

This is simply using your lightning chakra to produce strong light that lasts only a bit. No illusion whatsoever is made.

I can teach it but i'm currently full and a bit busy. Lili and Setokaiba are also Gentle Fist teachers.

Some but not all. For example, with an Onoki bio you get the Dust Technique auto. But in most cases no.

Correct. Byakugan itself has no techniques. However, the Hyuga Clan has a secret/hidden art...Gentle Fist. That is the one you need learn.

Whee my area of expertise. :D

You can create a Sasori bio at S-Jounin but you can't create a human puppet from someone's bio. You can create a regular puppet, but not a human puppet. Although I wouldn't even suggest making a Sasori bio until you get to S-Class anyway since you don't get to use any of his puppets.

It doesn't destroy the antlion. It would cancel out the Earth chakra in it and stop the technique. However, you'd need to figure another way of getting yourself out of it. Its unfocused lightning, it wouldn't destroy the ground althought it will stop the technique. So if, lets say you're waist deep, the antlion stops but you are still waist deep in the earth/quicksand.

There are much better ways to escape from antlion than that. I peronally dont like it. The premise behind its use is solid (lightning chakra cancels out earth based chakra) but in order to use it you have to slam your hand into the ground, which keep you in danger

So while the ground is breaking up around you, you dont want to be standing on it because you could possibley sink into it, and in order to cancel out all the lightning jutsu you have to send the lightning out in all directions and downward while keeping your hand on the ground.

I think if you keep the string tightened and not loose that this should be possible.

Use this above the fire balls if they are already in the air. It will drown them out. Note that it says AT LEAST 10 meter, so if someone says "No, that's impossible, it can only used at 10 meters max", they're wrong.

If the fire balls are still close to you/your opponent, you could try using an alternate water technique like:

In my knowledge, Akiza, Crow, Darui can train sharingan. Your sharingan has to be activated tho.

Once you get 1500 posts you may submit a Uchiha biography. There isn't any needed rank to be taught the Sharingan, however it must be taught by a classified Sensei or Senpai which posses a Sharingan themselves. Requesting getting Sharingan training requires an approved Uchiha biography obviously, and it can be requested on senseis profiles, unless they have a training application thread.

Underground Fish Projection allows you to phase through the earth. So yeah, I would say that it would protect from C-ranked however jutsus above will damage you.

Simply use something to shoot you out of it, preferly something that doesn't require hand signs.

If you just have unlocked your 2T and haven't recieved any form of training session in how to use the 2T Sharingan, then no. If you have recieved the two training sessions after unlocking your 2T then your sharingan can see through it and break it. So yeah, you can, however it may interrupt you for doing as you would have to see through it first and then continue on your doing.

I have a query which has been pondering me for a while now. Say I beat someone with a Sasori bio and the right conditions are met for stealing and so on, and let's say they're also using their Third Kazekage bio. Assuming I win with my custom puppet user and don't destroy the puppet in it's entirety, would I be allowed to add the puppet to my collection to use?
