When creating a bio, does your rank (mines chunnin) effect your bio options. Like do I have to choose someone who's a chuunin or can I choose a jounin bio ?

Chuunin is your NB rank, so you can use someone else if you want to. You just have to pertain within the biography rules whatever should they be.

Being Chuunin rank restricts you to be able to perform C-ranked techniques(Of course these have to be taught, lol.) and max two elements. can you see your opponent in the hidden mist justu which yourself made and also to release a genjutsu or illusionary technique do you just say i break my hand or bite my finger or smash my skull against the hard wall,can chidori nagashi cancel out swamp of the underworld technique?

I belive that you can, as seen by Zabuza was able to easily find around in his Hidden mist.

Aslong it brings a good amount of pain which will cancel the genjutsu. I do not belive biting your finger would be enough as in the Genjutsu restrictions it says that biting your lip isn't good enough. But breaking your hand, or smashing your head against the wall would work however would be ridiculious stupid. (Rules can be seen here: http://www.narutobase.net/forums/showthread.php?t=27963 )

By using Chidori Nagashi you remove the chakra infused within the mud thus removing it's sticky properties aswell, allowing you to walk on it. However it only counts where the Nagashi hit.

I have a query which has been pondering me for a while now. Say I beat someone with a Sasori bio and the right conditions are met for stealing and so on, and let's say they're also using their Third Kazekage bio. Assuming I win with my custom puppet user and don't destroy the puppet in it's entirety, would I be allowed to add the puppet to my collection to use?

Nope, you cannot steal cannon specialities such as 3rd Kazekage puppet, same goes for example, the 2nd Hokage's sword. (For reference towards the sword; http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Sword_of_the_Thunder_God )

Depends on your fightning style, really. Which gives best advantage IMO, would most likely be a Guren biography. As if being a puppet user, you cannot use other jutsus whilist using your puppets, thus leaving you somewhat defendless while using your puppet(Though it depends on which kind of puppet you use, as some may be able to protect you aswell.), a samurai biography is obviously based in the area around short-range, however it may be hard to reach your opponent as in normal fights people tends to keep a distance which is mid-long from eachother. So a Guren biography would probably be my choice. However as I said, it really depends on your fightning style and what you enjoy the most.

So, is the restriction on the jutsu applied to only the user of that particular jutsu? Or is it applied to the RPer as a whole?
In short, is it possible to bypass the restrictions on certain jutsus with the usage of clones?

Of course it applies just the user of the technique and no one else. In other words, it's possible to bypass restrictions with clones.

In order to copy a jutsu with Sharingan 3T,must the person that is copying the jutsu be trained to that rank in that element?
For example:
X Uses a A-rank wind teq.
Y Is a Sannin and has activated 3T(Also has a Kakashi bio)
The question: Can Y copy X's jutsu?

I have seen that there is a jutsu that in which,the user copies the opponents jutsu,so my other question is: Does this jutsu come with the Sharingan activation training or is there a separate training for learning the jutsu for Sharingan?

(No offense but i would rather someone that knows the Sharingan completely like Akiza,The pervy sage,~Crow~ or other Sharingan senseis answer these questions but any opinions from others will also be appreciated)

Although passion is tecnically correct, the restrictions are upon the user as in the member (owner of the bio). The restrictions are there to make it so that you avoid spamming too much power in a small gap of time. They are designed to restrict the member...not the clone or user of tecnique. I will speak to the other rp mods and come up with an official reply.

Basically the training works like sensei gives an instruction, person performs it and then it continues from there. If you've been skimming through some of the training sessions it should be easy to see how it works. Also it should help that some teachers do train people differently such as yourself explaining things like advantages and disadvantages, or maybe they want you to use the technique in a battle situation. But the general style is just easy, they will explain the jutsu and how it works, and you will perform the jutsu according to how they've explained it. They can also help you out for if you don't completely understand a jutsu.

Sensei are also labelled with an orange colour, and most usually have a senpai with them, who can also teach the basic elements. Sensei are also capable of teaching Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Taijutsu, plus anything else they have learnt and have in their bios, an example being that a Sensei has the Ice Release, they are allowed to teach the Ice Release to other people. Senpai can do this as well, but need permission.
