Alright guys, I have a question.

If my opponent has created clones and one of his clones uses a high-ranked jutsu that has a particular restriction for example, "No S-rank or above jutsus next turn". In the next turn, can my opponent use S-rank jutsus?
That is, that clone who previously performed the high-rank jutsu can't perform S-rank jutsus the next turn but the real opponent and his other clones can?

So, is the restriction on the jutsu applied to only the user of that particular jutsu? Or is it applied to the RPer as a whole?
In short, is it possible to bypass the restrictions on certain jutsus with the usage of clones?

I would like to hear the opinions of senior RPers, Senseis and/or RP mods.

The restriction applies as a whole and not to that specific clone

You're not allowed to have both at the same time, but rather one or the other. Between both of your bios, you're only allowed to have one Dojutsu, so either an Uchiha or Hyuga.

She is correct. If you create a Hyuga Biography, you cannot create a Uchiha. And if you have a Uchiha, you cannot have a Hyuga as your second biography.

No. For example, if your bio is a Wood bio (Earth + Water) your main elemental afinity (with the one handseal perk, etc) is either Earth or Water. Never the KG itself.
