Not sure where to ask this so i'm gonna ask this here. For some reason i can't go to the CJ submission thing. I had some jutsu's and a CW pending and for some reason when i go to check on them it says i have been removed from the discussion? What does this mean?

Well IMO, it's because the CJ thread is under review and therefore, has been closed. But I still believe that you should still be able to view what you posted but you won't be able to post.

I'd say no. Basically the clones are made out of wood, but still possese the MS of Madara's, thus allowing them to. Untill proven otherwise, it is stays as a no. (Unless the RPmods says otherwise, that is.)

If you take a look at the template of Elemental advantages and disadvantages made by Izuna, you will see that two C-ranked jutsus is = one B-ranked. Two B-ranked is one A-ranked, and two A-ranked is one S-ranked...

So basically since fire is stronger than wind, the wind would only count as a A-ranked, against a S-ranked, thus the scenario Zen said, would happen.

I personally think what should happen is what Doctor said, however that is not the case, sadly.

i would say that it would decrease in power, but not that much, i would say that since Fire is stronger than Wind, i would say it would lose most likely 2 ranks, as 1 is from my point of view too little and to take it down by that many ranks, is, well too much

I was under the impression that one couldn't use attacks while under ground except for the Double Suicide Decapitation Technique. If I'm wrong I'd be inclined to believe that you're right since they are constantly using doton chakra to move around and sense what is happening on the surface.

That one month rule cannot be evaded. You'll have to wait one month to drop/make a new bio.
