@Logic, maybe, if you show skill with MS, or if you ever get a Madara bio.
no, he wouldn't as he would have to pass Sensei Exam in those 2 weeks AND get permission from Nexus, that isn't really possible + he doesn't fulfill requirments for Sensei exam
there is no diffence between EMS and MS in our RP

Re: Q&a - open for every ranks!
(Raiton: Dai Denki hōden no Jutsu )
- Lightning Release: Large Electrical
Discharge Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: By Performing the ram
hand seal the user will manipulate
their chakra and they then raise
their hand to the sky and an
electrical discharge is triggered
shocking the target.
How does this jutsu work?
Does the user send something first into the sky?
How would I know(detect) that something is gonna hit me from the sky?

I Found this, so I think the jutsu was shown from the Blood Prison Movie
So after performing the handseals & lightening is shot from the user's hand

Re: Q&a - open for every ranks!
What is the best way to defend against large scale overhead technique such as dropping lid, and how do you defend against shinrai tensei?

Use a lightning jutsu of greater or equal rank to shatter the lid.
In the manga, its shown that channeling chakra to the feet to stick to the ground is possible
Not sure though

Use the sharingan to know that you are under a gen, with sharingan you would be able to easily deduce that you are under a gen. Then use a full body technique of forbidden rank to free yourself from the s-rank gen.

Re: Q&a - open for every ranks!
Also is it possible that after breaking or snapping your finger to release you out of the genjutsu , that the finger would be healed over the course or duration of the battle, this is because I have sen people who say the got healed or healed themselves and they are non medical ninja.

Technically yes, I would say that the 2 are one jutsu. Though lightning is shot down upon the opponent from the sky/clouds after the lightning is shot into the sky/clouds if my memory is correct. Logic would say that the jutsu wouldn't work unless they're clouds in the sky.

You could go to the sticky threads of that village group forum to see how to register yourself in the village RP system. If you do not RP most village will have a tavern or headquarters where the villages speak amongst themselves. That is a good place to go whether you RP or not.

Re: Q&a - open for every ranks!
Kakuzu bio questions :
Ok, exactly how far can someone extend Kakuzu's arms? And is there a specific jutsu for it, or do I just state that I'm doing the extension?
Can his thread like things be extended and used to Pierce flesh, and if so, is there a specific jutsu for that?

Are you referring to this technique? It is classified under S-rank ninjutsu. Well, I would say of course the threads have enough power to penetrate flesh, its an S-rank move afterall.
(Kuro Ito) - Dark Threads
Rank:S
Type:Attack/Supplementary
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:40(- 5 per turn)
Damage Points:20
Description:User sends out black threads from their body that can attack their opponent.

Yess exactly what I was looking for.
Is there a jutsu for the arm extension?
And do I get them auto with Kakuzu.

Re: Q&a - open for every ranks!
You dont get nothing auto. You ask Scorps permission to by place training if there is no one to teach you which most likely there is if you look in the bio section for the bio. It makes it easier.

As in using the threads to extend your arms? I would assume that would be the S-rank technique I posted above. Just say you use the threads to extend your arms, etc. However im not exactly positive on that, might want to check up on it. That's just my opinion though.

Don't know what you mean by this. Rephrase it maybe?
And who around NB teaches that 1 Kakuzu technique?

Re: Q&a - open for every ranks!
I believe he means that Scorps is the only one to allow techniques automatically. So if you have a Kakuzu bio, and have completed ninjutsu training, you can get the technique auto without it having being taught by a sensei, as long as you have Scorps's blessing.
