Yes, in real life I will be electrocuted. What about in rp wise?

If it is focused lightning jutsu like raikiri,chidori etc..,you'd be fine even if your jutsu hits a waterbody over which you are standing.If its unfocused lightning jutsu like nagashi,then yes you'd get shocked,but that too depends on the size of the water body.
Since the lightning fang is a focused lightning jutsu,I'd say you won't be affected..

@better: Nagashi would work,as it would send a current through out your body to reboot your body as well as push the foriegn chakra out.

This technique can be used to trasnform the Hiramekarei into other objects, and not just a hammer right? The description for the Seven Swordsman restrictions says it can be used to create other objects, but would they need to be created as customs or what?

No one can "drop" a CE. If you mean an idea that has been declined a long time ago and hasn't been submitted, ask the creator first just to be safe.

Obiously with permission right? not because of pure will, and it won't be the same for everyone, Jokey had experience with a lot of kg's and other special abilities.

Solf (I think) dropped Paint the same way Jokey dropped Honey. And Solf was the creator/only person who could use Paint, making it disappear from NB.

Nah, you simply grow rocks around your body and to be honest, what's shown on that pic is only one of the few things the technique is capable of, look it up on youtube the technique works pretty damn versatile so it's do-able.

Nagashi won't work,so doesn't the earth armour.
Use a wind jutsu like pressure damage or hurricane fist.

Now the nano bugs umm I say someone already tried that before and probably got decline so right now no unless you have a jutsu for it.

I just have to wonder but arnt bugs controlled by the will of the user so the user could make them go onto the blade in which case you wouldnt need to make a cj.
correct me if im wrong but nano bugs r controlled the same way normal bugs are arnt they?

Where in the manga have you seen the nano bugs being control like the normal bugs? Nowhere, the nano bugs are basically close range taijutsu bugs. When the user uses his body while his clothing are missing he can use the bugs no other time what so ever. They probably can coat a weapon but it wouldnt be a fast coat over the weapon.

Has it ever been shown that the bugs are capable of sensing and tracking chakra? As far as I can remember the only way the bugs can track people is if a female bug is placed on the target and then the rest follow her pheromones.

The bugs are chakra sensors but when the user placed a female bug on a target, the scout bugs use the smell of the female to track the target. Another thing the user can send out scouts to find chakra if they couldn't place a female bug on a target.
