i am familiar with most of the Cannon techniques. if you say Rasengan i know what that is, if you say 4 Pillar Bind i know what it is, but if we consider that Water has the most jutsus of all elements on NB, and there is easily more than 50 of them, than i think i do remember most of them, but i never really liked this technique nor is it used very often from my point of view, so i don't remember what it is by just it's name, at least not this one O__O

If you see the episode when she used the technique, after she put her hands on the ground, probably a second later, the water came crashing down like a waterfall. it reached the ground in about one second. So seeing the shadows would probably be too late, as the water doesn't flow out slowly, but rather crashes down.

I say the best thing is to either get hit by it and somehow get out of the water before it's too late.

The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters to have any real effect, in our RP. I think you'd have enough time to notice the shadow and defend (with a fairly quick jutsu).

I believe steel requires that the bio originates from Iwagakure, and rain requires that it originates from Ame, so I guess you can't.

for the water to have effect on enemy it has to be summoned at least 10 meters above him, that is MID-RANGE, you will have time to make like,...8 hand seals if you are at least Kage and use some technique before it hits you

A samurai can't have elements at all, so nothing carries over, although if you were to make a shiniobi bio right all your training should be there.

and yes, i think Nirvana still teaches but not too sure, I know Jacob Moore ( i think his name is mockingbird now) teaches Kenjutsu

Yes, i believe so, however Cannon characters that haven't been shown using the summons can't, example Kiba summoning Toads, not valid.

Depends if you make an Oro bio your Oro bio gets snakes but your second bio doesnt get snakes you have to get taught snakes to your second bio. If you have 2 customs bios and you get taught a cannon contract both will have it but if you have one cannon bio only that ones gets the cannon contract till your second bio learns it.

No only Kidomaru can use them, and once you drop Kidomaru you lose the contract automatically.

You can make custom Spider summons, which you have 5 slots for them, 5 custom summonings max which don't count towards your overall CJ limit of 35.

Unless he gets permission for his second bio to have spiders I got the Salamander(the one Hanzou had) summoning from Zen giving me permission. I remember Cali telling when I first join that if I wanted spiders I need to be taught by a sensei that knows it.

You can get the contract in a custom bio by asking for permission since no sensei currently has it, so ask Scorps about that, custom summons shouldn't be a problem, it's a cannon contract so you are only allowed 5 animal summons, which doesn't include the ninjutsu related techniques to the spider contract, however not anyone can just spit out webs and stuff, only Kidomaru can do that.

Jokey i think has some custom summons for the monkey contract, don't know if it's a cannon or a custom honestly, you can make custom summons up to 5 which don't count towards your overall CJ limit of 35 since it's a cannon contract, and as for Enma you can make techniques for him, i'm not entirely sure what they can be, but an adamantine variation techniques might collide with the Adamantine CE, which is made by Typhon.

Yes, you only need Wind and Water elements mastered and pass a rain test where you use only wind and water against all other elemental techniques, for getting the test you need to first get a bio capable of using rain, cannon bios are limited to the ones that was using rain in the manga, so it's like only Hanzo and Nagato and some others, custom bios you have to mention in their history that they at some point traveled to Amegakure, after that you post an application in the Rain test thread here, and we will take care of it.
