I'm not an experienced RPer, but it seems to be the problem is quite clear. He's mentioned that he uses his first technique "as soon as the water got drained". Assuming he means the water just finished draining, your technique should happen as his technique happens. So he's swinging his bisento, causing this tornado to appear under you, you create an earth swamp to trap him. Either way regardless of the mastery over the element, either you take the hit and he sinks into the swamp, or you cancel your swamp and defend against the wind using thr Hardening technique.

You can't do everything before he does one little thing.

Masteries mean nothing. You've mastered the element, it means you know all of the techniques. You don't get anything special unless it's stated in your bio which it isn't.

Would Scortch release jutsu effect earth release jutsu?
I mean, I know if its mud, then the scortch would be able to drain out the moisture and cause the mud to crumble..but I mean things like, Rock Golems and large chunks of earth, would scorch relese be able to do anything to that seeing how there is nothing to dry out? would scorch release then be nullified?

Scorch release has destructive power alongside its draining ability so equal rank i think it could smash earth, but draining it nope.
Although im hardly an expert on scorch.

I havent seen scorch release damage rock at all though, just plant life and people. Earth seems to not be effected by it.

Seems plausible enough to me. He'd make contact with the shield, shocking him, but you may feel a little of the impact. Not enough to hurt you though, in my opinion.

How can a swift user keep up with their own attacks? or counter other swift jutsu. I cant particulalry see them reacting in time to counter other swift justu or say Lightning, without Sharingan or something that allows them to react faster.
I know swift jutsu moves the body faster, but nerve connections are still limited arent they?

its as well as asking how can an aburame keep up with their own bugs. To start with, there is no attack for swift, its just speed and fight another swift user puts both of you in the same level. +15 Speed each except one is a taijutsu specialist, but all that are irrelivant so far you are both swift users, you can react to each other clearly.

Apart from Yard or Howard that have Swift Techs lol. Swift punches. So yeh its kinda weird lol.

yea, they made those when swift cjs are still being accepted, and yea its a normal thing, and i don't think a swift user cant react to it before he got caught. Activating the kg alone heighten your senses albeit you are able to see when moving at swift speed.

Weak to: The Crystals produced are weak to Lighting and Sound. Sound shatters Crystal, Lightning cuts through it. However, Crystal itself can't be used to crystalize energy based elements (Fire, Wind, Lightning, etc) or raw chakra.

Strong to: Earth and Water. Crystal is harder and denser than Earth, overcoming it, while Water, without the addition of another element, doesn't have enough power to counter Crystal directly. Both are susceptible to being crystalized.

Some of the RP villages may have ANBU rankings within them, but that's all RP wise. As for the bio, your rank is according to your post, regardless of the shinobi you use or what custom character you use. Your ranking would be considered Chunin, so that's what you would need to put on a bio.

due to torne having poisenous bugs within him is he imune to poisen such as the one hanzos salamander uses? and if not is it possible for my bugs to eat away the poisen as they eat chakra and that is what the poisen is essentially.

QUESTION:
If someone used the rank A scorch attack where they create several small scorchballs surround me.. and I use this to covermyself in armor, and also creating two blades which I then use to then todestroy the scorch balls..would The power of this earth jutsu weaken down even though earth is very strong against scorch ( I dont see how those scorchballs would weaken earth at all.) and would it weaken down to A rank?

Nope. Your training will be valid for the Danzo bio.
