It means the birthplace has to be from Kiri, since it's believed that Dark Release users originate from there or something. Much similar to how Uchiha have to be from Konoha etc.

A lot of them are different. Rain isn't a KG of any sort so you don't have to be born into a specific family if that makes sense. Rain if you spend a considerable amount of time in Ame you can try for the Rain test.

actually that technique happen on land unlike the normal water imprisonment zabuza used. If you use earth it will pierce through the orb and lift you up as earth is stronger than water. Some wind blades materiallizes from the body without the need of handseals like the wind sickle armor, you can use that too. Otherwise you can quickly counter it before it completely forms. Like you can bring out a kunai/katana and slash through it uses fuutton; peacock whirlwind formation.

KA is not going to be implemented in our RP.Its too OP.
I don't think that danzo bios would be allowed to do MS techniques.

There's no way Danzo had the rinnegan, or else he would have used it. You most likely need to have an EMS and Senju DNA to unlock the Rinnegan. Danzo did have the MS, but not the EMS.

In terms or our RP as Igneel pointed out, Kotoamatsumaki hasn't been made as its not really transferable into our system. So if you had a Danzo bio and got the MS, you would most likely just have the MS without any MS abilities.

The way I was taught this jutsu is that it gathers its mass of water from the moisture within the ground, so naturally, by the time the water would be apparent to you, the floor you stand on wouldn't be earth anymore, it would be water, or at least mud that is too wet to be manipulated with doton chakra.
Even the description hints towards it.

As for the fuuton counters, I don't think wind blade or any fuuton jutsu that uses the air surrounding the user would work, not after he gets trapped. Since he'd be completely surrounded by water instead of air, he can only use fuuton jutsu that are based around exhaling strong gusts of wind, and even that I have my doubts about since he wouldn't have his lungs' full capacity filled with air. Of course this is in case the user is already fully trapped.

I myself would use the S-ranked Hardening technique, seeing how it requires no handseals and allows you to extend the armor drastically, allowing you to break out of the orb. Or a suiton jutsu that requires no handseals. o-o

Question 1: Elements that are at an advantage towards the weaker always gain an extra rank, so no the Earth jutsu would not lose a rank.

Question 2: If you used that B Rank Hardening after you use the S I think the B Rank would be void as long as the S Rank is still in effect (Vice Versa), I say this only because I dont think you can stack up (In RP Sense). In my own words the S Rank Armor covers around the body & the B Rank Hardening covers the skin itself, so I am guessing if your attacked by a S Rank Lightening jutsu
it would break through both only causing minor damage. leaving you able too still react from a mid range jutsu in time....All speculation though

Your not understanding my point, the jutsu petrify's, how can one petrify water, its clearly used by manipulating the earth molecules present in whatever he is touching, hence why it petrified Zetsu imo.
Basically you could use it in water sure, but whats the point water contains no earth ergo there is nothing to petrify, basically if used on wood it would petrify the tree imo because it manipulates the earth present in wood, or say for instance on lava you could increase the weight maybe petrify the earth but the fire still melts you, do you see what i am saying, it seems to me that it would only affect the earth element itself in terms of petrification it couldn't petrify say fire water and lightning because they all have a lot less tangibility and a completely different chemical design in essence to earth and earth related things.

Such as Lugia or Ho OH? Although they are pokmeon they are animals (birds).And can be easily incooperated with the rules of Narutobase RP.

Dragons Contract was an exception as I believe it was before the new set of rules were implemented, as for the pokemon stuff, I am not 100% sure but I think as long as the Summon has a very close resemblance to your animal of choice it may be approvable .
