You know what I think kishi wants us to believe that naruto is going into battle unprepaired and then on the battle field we'll suddenly see him perform incredibble jutsu & we'll get flashback of his training with bee we haven't seen in the past chapters; I mean think about it guys we haven't seen much of his training in past chapters since their fight with kisame & I think we will still see gaara kakashi & lee fight cause naruto will maybe be on the battlefield After the next 4 chapters also I hope to see hinata in Action because if there's a konoichi out of konoha 11 that can really kick ass it's her but it is a shame that kishi keeps pushing that worthless sakura

A solid 4 out of 5. Great chapter. I think the next few chapters will rock now that Naruto will join the war. If Choji was kickass then Naruto will own.

I bet that Madara seeing this will introduce Sasuke into the war soon.

I wonder if Bee will join Naruto at the war front too. The eight and nine tailed jinchuuriki's fighting back to back. It will be EPIC.

About the tailed beast bomb... All i'll say is that when Naruto needs it he will crack it. It will probably be when he needs it most.

I LOVED this chapter... shame it ended so quick... but it was well touching.... I got a rush when Naruto realised what was going on... I'm glad to see he hasn't abandoned sage mode...

I have a feeling Naruto will lose in the end... and Madara will pull the Kyubii from him... But like his mother... he won't die from it... The Uzumaki stamina was brought up for a reason and I think this is it... I know Naruto is bloody awesome... but even he has his limits... he's possibly going up against a s*** ton of legendary ninja... even with help... he's going to hit a wall...

Having said that... Madara did say that he was going to toss Sasuke to Naruto as they are "destined" to battle... so maybe we're going to see Sasuke come out and finally have a proper full powered rematch...

So many possibilities... It's been too long since Naruto has been out on the field... LET'S DO THIS!!!!

It's interesting that you bring up the possibility of Madara pullin the Kyuubi out of Naruto. Naruto most likely would NOT die instantly. If he could transform into Sage Mode, he would instantly start healing(he's already shown to be able to go in and out of it almost instantly).

its about time we see naruto wake up and get into the action! i cannot wait till next chapter and i'd give this a 5/5.

btw did you guys notice how quickly naruto could change into sage mode?
i mean he was talking for a bit, but definitely not that long...
he's definitely gonna be able to stay in sage mode longer.

Not just Sage Mode, but also Rikudo Mode as well. He switched in and out of the two modes like it was nothing. He is becoming so powerful it's almost insane!

That made me think... What about Yamato... .

Naruto can switch in and out of Rikudo Mode easily enough. It's just a matter of adapting to the increase in speed and power--which I think Naruto will do easily now that he has an idea of just how fast/powerful he is in that mode now.

Its awesome that Naruto is on his way to the war but I would had liked to see him finish off his training and learn the jutsu he had been practicing. I dont like this, I feel like he might not be ready. Kind of like when Trunks and Vegeta left the hyperbolic time chamber to fight Cell. Trunks thought he stood a chance but got whooped.

Anyways he should had stayed and finished off his training, even though it was a one trick pony type of deal.

I wonder what Bee will do now... Will he join Naruto?? Will he come in for the save as Naruto is about to get whooped on? Or will be chill in the training place until the 8 tails tells him that Naruto needs help or that they have a better chance of winning if they both fight together?

Naruto has always been a "trial-by-fire" type of person. He has, in the past, sucked at learning things by the traditional methods. He learns by doing...and he is very much an instinctual person. It's when he completely pushes all thoughts aside on *what* he must do and simply DOES IT--that is when he does the impossible. I believe Naruto will complete the technique, since it is basically a different type of Rasengan(he already has several variations under his belt).

Bee will definitely join the fight, but the question is when and how. I think Bee will shadow Naruto and watch Naruto's fight. He will probably step in at a point when Naruto is in trouble.

I think either Naruto or Kakashi will fight Itachi. If Naruto doesn't fight Itachi he'll fight Nagato.

He will & should fight Itachi & Naruto will ask Itachi if what Madara said was true & that's when will finally learn the whole story about the Uchiha Massacre

Because Madara seemed so threatened by its existence and had Kabuto keep it a secret as his condition. I'm thinking that it might be the actual Madara, or at least something that would expose him as not being Madara. We really don't know WHO this Madara is and I think that was just Kishi's way of leaving a cracked doorway he can later open up and reveal the mystery of Tobi. Seems plausible enough.

By the way: I'm convinced "Madara" is really the first born son of the SO6P.

I don't know. It seems to me that Itachi and Sasuke kind of have to talk. Itachi didn't want Sasuke to turn out like this and definitely didn't want him involved with Madara. There is some unresolved issues with them. Maybe Naruto and Itachi might talk, but it wouldn't be a definitive battle.

i think we'll either never see who was in that coffin, or its someone we never expected or have seen. but i mainly think that kishi just showed it to get madara to reasonably agree with kabuto. but im sure kishi will bring in a msexy twist sooner or later

I personally think that Bee used Naruto leaving as a distraction so he could slip out himself. Bee and Naruto are too similar, and it seems that Bee would also want to fight to protect his friends.

I loved this chapter. Naruto just beat down all his guards in regular Sage Mode, then broke out of a pretty strong looking barrier, and broke the shadow mimic, then couldn't even be touched by Shino's fathers bugs. It just goes to show how he compares with "normal" Shinobi.

I haven't posted anything in a forum in years, literally. I was going to post something because this was something I've been waiting for. I just happened to stumble across Kyuubi44's quote and you said exactly what I was going to say. I'll just add a "Hell Yeah, Naruto is a beast!" to what you said and that's it.

well in any story the are parts that may seem boring but actually very useful because they set the mood or they build up the momentum for the next peak in the story. Imagine if the story is all battle, blood, death, and non-stop fighting. It would be monotonous and dull.

The way Iruka tried to stop naruto was admirable, he did his mission yet made the best advice to Naruto. As a literary bug, i'd give this chapter a 5. not for the kick ass action or effects, or what so ever i give it a 5 because its great way of connecting the upcoming Peak to the previous Peak of Choji's kick ass butterfly transformation. Its like surfing you need to ride the highs and lows of the waves and wait till the perfect one comes...
