Zetsu's clone used a similar jutsu as the one Pain at the beginning of Shippuuden with Itachi and Kisame, so yes. It can mimic all of Kisame's jutsus

your talking about the shapeshifting immitaion clone? it can only use ninjuitsu up to the amount of chakra given to the clone. The first time Kisame gave 30%, second time who knows?

That first time was one of Nagato's jutsu, and not a Zetsu. Recall, the Itachi body turned into some sand ninja when Naruto killed it with Oodama Rasengan? The same was the case with the Kisame clone.

You're absolutely right. But I am curious to know whether or not a Zetsu clone could use the original ninja's techniques. Up to this point the answer would be no.

Not true. There was not a huge water source yet Kisame was able to create a giant Water Dome.
