Tenten power boost with the banana fan

I'm just wondering how uch of a power boost tenten now has with the banana fan.
I would think she has a preety significant one as the fan can produce all five element
meaning she can counter almost all elemental jutsu and use those elements which the user is weak against.
Wat do you guys feel

Unless Tenten has chakra as big as Raikage shes done for. One swing and she's down for the count. I dought she even has a good amount of chakra. she can't ever keep up with Gai or Lee.
