[Discussion] Sand Siblings vs. Team Konoha.

Area: Current Battlefield - so no situational advantages, and limitless space.
No emotional cards in play, so both sides want to destroy eachother as much as the other.
Also don't take "rank" into hand either, Kage+ 2 Jonin vs. Jonin + 2 Chunin clearly doesn't mean best rank wins in this case, I think it's fairly balanced, but prove otherwise if you think so.

Sand Siblings:
Gaara
Temari
Kankuro

Team Konoha:
Neji
Shino
Shikamaru


Just thought I'd make a more "varied" vs. topic irrelevant of whether it has been done before etc. , discuss, criticise etc. who would win.

whoa .... this is a tough one , but i think konoha would win in the end . But i do not think of it like 100 % if shikamaru sets up a good tactic , then Team konoha . But if the battle just starts suddenly ........... Sand siblings

Yeah tough at first glance isn't it? I just thought of it and it seemed interesting, however I think I'd let some-one analyze it fully before jumping to conclusions just yet, thanks for the input.

Question is, how would they overcome Gaara? His ultimate defence is something certainly Neji would fail against, Shikamaru would need to pull it out the bag here

Garra>shikamaru- he would use sand desert and leave him under a shadow

Temari>shino, she isn't stronger than shino but I just see her fanning his bugs away lol

Kankuro>Neji- kankuro is a distance fighter so it might be tough for him to use gentle fist, rotation probably would deflect everything but someone has to win. However, if neji could cut his strings like he did against that spider dude Neji wins.

But I kinda see garra taking out all of them idk why and it's not because he is a Kage, but dude is badass and smart. Shino would be his biggest challenge for tho. Maybe this is a fanboy conclusion lol

True, but the sand shinobi are distant fighters and have great techniques. Shino I think is the best well rounded one of the three, so he could be a problem if him and Shikamaru put there heads together.

Sand siblings hand down...everyone is giving Shikamaru all the credit but least you forget that Temari is also a master tactician on par with Shikamaru

And why is that? Please back everything up with evidence, or at least a reason for why they would win, in contrast with what the other side can do, otherwise it's pointless.
