Hot chapter. I was very glad to see that Madara's "substitute" was not someone to sync with Gedo Mazo, but a replacement source of tailed beast chakra, ie Kinkaku and Ginkaku's 9-tails chakra.

It seems that Madara only needs a sample of each Biju's chakra in order to revive the Juubi, good to finally know that for sure. It seems that not having the entirety of the Biju chakra only means that the Juubi will simply be smaller than it originally was. Heck, imagine if Madara only got a sliver of all 9 beast's chakra.....the Juubi would be tiny lol. Well I guess he wanted as much as possible, since he was making Zetsu clones, but at this point he doesn't care anymore.

I do wish we saw some main character casualties though......Shikimaru and all those other guys survived despite the Gedo Mazo's rampage. I wish Madara was more serious about killing people. Crazy that the allies have already lost 40k troops, I didn't really think they lost that many. Guess there was a lot more skirmishes that broke out....more reason some main characters shoulda died, these battles are starting to look too filler-ish!

I really hope that they put kakashi's rampage and the gaara fights in the anime. It would be a real bummer if they didn't:/ But i must point out that you guys aren't thinking criticly at all and also are completely forgeting about the last chapter. Let me break down two major points.
1) Tobi said something about substitutions. We still really don't know what this means so it is not nearly as strong as my next point.
2) Why on earth would Tobi wait yntil Naruto and Bee escaped to get the other pieces if that is all he needed or even if he really needed them. He could have gotten them as soon as they were sealed in the pot but instead he waited to till bee and naruto escaped. What does this mean? He still needs Naruto and Bee. What is going to happen? Psh, I don't know, lets just watch and enjoy(:

Awesome chapter. Madara is getting impatient. still, why ant he warp himself to where naruto and bee are, since he has the gedo mazo? silly madara, saying he would return the sealing pot and the gourd. I cant wait to see how he would retrieve the souls of kinkaku and ginkaku!

I wonder why thje manga is being rushed. I hoped to see kakashi's rampage or the hyuuga fight. I noticed the kage rumble with gaara and tsuchikage never happened, I hope it does in the coming chapters.

That was a very good chapter and it cleared how JSA isn't winning by landslide
is the war really gonna end in 2 days (well madara is going to supposedly do the mooneye plan so i guess the climax?)

Kishi either skipped the whole Gaara vs Kages fight or it hasn't even begun yet.

It looks as though they are mid-fight. I can see why people are pissed off about not seeing the Kakashi rampage and such, but Kishi will touch back on those fights soon. There is no way after all the hype he built up around the 7 ninja swordsman an the kages near Gaara's troops that he won't actually cover the fights. He will get to them, trust me. We won't see 100% of them, but we will see every major casualty, whether they are allied deaths, or more likely, more edo sealings. It was disappointing that we saw so little of Dan and Kakuzu though.....that seemed too rushed to me.

And why are so many people saying that the Gaara/Kage fight and the Kakishi rampage will become filler fodder for the anime? Thats retarded, seriously. The fights will happen in the Manga, maybe not in their entirety, but they will happen. Plus, there has never been a case, in any manga, where such fillers were added that I am aware. Yes, sometimes small additions are made to a battle in order to have the episode end when they want it to, but there is no way the anime would add an entire battle within the main storyline that wasn't shown in the manga, its nonsense.

Good chapter, I loved it but rated 4 as I feel it was rushed a bit.

Also, is it only me or does anyone else feel that the Manga is rushed towards end after the unfortunate natural disaster in Japan.

The chapter was awesome Tobi now only need extract Kinkaku's and Ginkaku's Nine-Tailed chakra which is sealed inside the pot, Madara was really clever to do that, I think Sasuke's time to fight has arrived I wonder if Kabuto will defect?

Wow half of the Alliance and Tobi's army gone in one day....I think Kishi is leaving the side character fights for the anime. Gaara's fight looks like it barely began lol.

I had this same thought. It's very likely all the "war" battles will be filler leading up to Sasuke vs. Naruto in the anime.

If Madara only has a fraction of the chakra from Bee, is it possible for him to get the rest from Samehada (Kisame's sword)? During the fight Bee vs Kisame it continuously drained his chakra and consumed several tails worth at once.
