In the world of Naruto this incredible vocal ability has made them masterful at misdirection, confusion and illusions. While most of them are inept at combat, they all possess the ability to mimic any sound and use the empty cicada shell technique. Coupling those two abilities they can often confuse the enemy. Some of the elder lyrebirds are capable of casting unique genjutsu through the use of their calls while a few others have harnessed wind techniques with mild success. In terms of size the average lyrebird is around the size of a chicken though on rare occasions they can grow to be as large as a human. This group of birds live on a secluded island filled with a tall oak forest called Mukashoushima (Infinite Song Island). Within the forest are villages of hut-like structures resembling the nests lyrebirds usually make. It is said any visitor to this island is brought to tears by its melodies upon first hearing the endless songs.

Description and Background: Raccoon Dogs, despite their common names, are not closely related to Raccoons nor are they actually dogs. Instead they are a basal species in the Canidae family and one of the few that like to climb trees. Their bodies are similar in shape and size to foxes with a long body but short legs. The fur coloration is very similar to Raccoons which led to the poor misnomer of a name. In Japanese culture the Raccoon Dog goes by the name "Tanuki" and is a common figure in classic folklore. They are often depicted with big round eyes, a pudgy build, and enlarged....how should I say this.... cojones. The Tanuki of this contract generally stand on two feet like humans growing on average to the same size as a typical person. They're not the most physically fit species and often develop strong attachments to sake that leads to being overweight. Upon discovery of the Ichibi, the Tanuki immediately became drawn to the tailed beast which shared their form, though on a much larger and monstrous scale. They began to worship Shukaku as a God, and claimed he was the creator of all Tanuki. Even the vessel for the Ichibi became worshiped and revered as a holy figure. This infatuation with the Ichibi led to the Tanuki moving their village to the deserts around Sunagakure. They found an abnormally large oasis in the western half of the desert which became their homes. The new village became known as the "Hachi-takioashisu" or "Eight-Falls Oasis", named after the eight waterfalls that supplied the water. Travelers lucky enough to stumble upon this paradise often can't remember the details of their stay due to the large amount of sake forced upon them, but they swear it to be the best time of their life.

Bustards (including Floricans and Korhaans), are large and highly terrestrial birds mainly associated with dry open country and steppes(Grasslands) in different parts of the (ninja) world. General Description:
Bustards are all fairly large and frequently cited as the world's heaviest flying birds.The Bustard is mostly grey in color, with a black crest on its head and have strong legs (yellow to cream in color) and big toes. They have long broad wings with "fingered" wingtips, and striking patterns in flight. General Summon Abilities:
The Bustards are very strong and fast. Some are able to fly with ninjas on their backs with little effort. They all can use chakra, though some have acquired unique abilities, such as Elemental Affinity or other Battle related skills. They all can speak in human language. As these birds are usually from steppes which has extreme temperatures, they have trained their bodies to withstand high temperatures compared to other birds. He is exceptionally fast and can carry one person on his back. Šamaš also has the ability to shoot feathers infused with his katon chakra from his fingered wingtips that can pierce through large rocks. After releasing the feathers, they set themselves on fire due to wind resistance/friction increasing its destructive potential by making them capable of inflicting severe burns upon direct contact with any object/person(s) and the feathers will continue to burn after impact unless it's put out by an opposing technique. Hooded Pitohui, members of the family Corvidae
(crows, ravens, jays, etc.), are beautiful
passerines, i.e., songbirds. Their wing, head, and
tail feathers are black and their back and belly
feathers orange. They have black legs ending in
sharp claws and a black beak that is strong and sharp. Male and female birds have the same
coloration. When threatened, these birds erect
their head feathers to form a crest.
Their sizes varies from younglings to Adult
birds. Some averaging sizes of a normal raven
bird while others are as big as peins bird. Hooded Pitohuis are omnivorous, feeding on a
variety of berries and insects.
This species were the first documented
poisonous birds. The poisons found in the birds'
skin and feathers, A neurotoxin called
homobatrachotoxin which for the most part, cause numbness and tingling, sneezing
and other minor symptoms when touched.
Serious side effects such as paralysis and
death would occur if you came in contact with a
higher quantity of this poison. They acquire its
poison from part of its food, the Choresine beetles. the exact same poison that is found in
the slightly more famous “Poison Dart Frogs”.

General Description:
Nightjars are medium-sized nocturnal birds with long wings, short legs and very short bills. Most have small feet, of little use for walking, and long pointed wings. Their soft plumage is cryptically coloured to resemble bark or leaves, making them excellent at blending in with their surroundings. They have beaks that are much wider than it is long, and it opens wide both - vertically as well as horizontally. The resulting big gaping mouth allows it to more easily scoop up it's prey in flight. Its large eyes are placed on each side of the head (laterally) - which significantly increases its visual field. A reflective membrane behind the retina (tapetum) enhances its vision at night by augmenting the light-gathering ability of its eyes. Background:
The Nightjar hails from a secluded forest hidden on the peak of a deadly mountain that is always covered in storm clouds making the area seemingly always nighttime. This Dark and ominous looking place is referred to by many ninja as Mount Hakurei. The Nightjars are a race of incredibly stealthy birds that take great pride in their mastery of stealth. They have been hidden away from humanity for a long time on the peak of Mount Hakurei until now that is. Their mastery of stealth and disguise makes them a great asset to ninja for scouting dangerous areas/enemy territory. Nightjars aren't very strong but in exchange of their lack of strength they have human intelligence which can help them get out of tight situations that involve clever planning. The nightjar also have a secret weapon they keep to themselves called the nighthawk. The nighthawk are said to await orders from their masters in a cavern somewhere in the depths of Mount Hakurei. Nighthawks are about the size of a human due to some sort of mutation perhaps from eating some fungi/bugs in the caves they live in. They aren't known to have much intelligence at all since they have been locked inside a cave their entire lives due to discrimination from the nightjar.

Origin: Parrots are from a secret Rainforest, on top of a remote plateau, called the Altorio Forest.
General Description: Parrots are colourful and majestic birds, with a diverse pallet of colours and a wide range of shapes. They possess strong beaks and claws, and a are beautiful and agile in the air.
Summon General Abilities: The parrots of Altorio are very strong and fast. And average Parrot from Alto Rio is about the same size as a Lion, and is able to carry up to 2 people on their back without loosing any speed. They all can use chakra, though some have acquired unique abilities, such as Elemental Affinity or other Battle related skills. They are very energetic and warm, and speak in a very thick Portuguese accent.
Summoning: The person who signs this contract is able to summon parrots from Altorio, and can also be summoned by parrots. In case of an unsuccessfully summoning, or the usage of a very small amount of chakra, the user calls forth a baby chick, without much use in a battle other than being very cute. The canon Summoning Jutsu calls forth common parrots, from average size or smaller, but with no special abilities other then a random small weapon. Using specific amounts of chakra, the user can summon special parrots, with special abilities, all up to the Boss. (Which will be submitted using the official template)

He has the ability to enlarge his body and feathers, enabling him to transport up to 2 people on his back, for the cost of 15 chakra. While he is in play, he or his summoner can preform 1 handseal and enlarge any thrown feathers from normal feathers to about 1 meter in height. He has Fire Chakra.
Zé Carioca is Luiz's personal summon. He travelled from Altorio and is able to remain in play without cost for the whole battle. He is of the same rank as Luiz and has the same chakra reservations.

Description: The messengers of Saci consist on 3 small parrots, Saci Pererê, Saci Trique e Saci Saçurá. The Saci are the fastest parrots one can summon and are the tricksters of Altorio. The first is a male black parakeet with one leg and a red hootie. The second is a male brown parakeet with a bright pipe. The third is a female grey parakeet with red eyes. They're usually summon in the midst of a dust devil, and speak loud and excitingly fast. Twice per battle, they can fly at such speed that they can prevent even a Sannin from performing handseals at Short Range (If the technique has more than one seal, or a Kage/Sage at if the technique has more than 3 seals, with a burst of speed, striking them with their beaks on specific parts of the body, inducing a small paralysis on the arms and legs, or simply steal whichever weapons or scrolls the opponent has. Saci Pererê has Lightning Chakra and can join his wings like comical hands when he needs handseals.

Description: Vitória Régia is a large blue macaw with incredible beauty. She is a very bright and fun macaw, who loves to Samba and party. She wears a beautiful Victoria Amazonica, a large white water lily, from where she gets the name, on her head. She has Water affinity, and is able to swim fastly, underwater. She holds the Naiá, the Moon Dagger on her belly, which is a bright silver katana with the power to suck absorb water on it's blade. A cut from it will drain large amounts of water, constant contact will result on the mummification of the enemy. The weapon can absorb up to 1 S rank water jutsus, 2 A ranks, 3 B ranks and all C and D ranked jutsus per battle.
She is Lili-chwan's personal summon, and has travelled from Altorio, thus she is able to stay with Lili all the battle without cost.

No one knows how it got in. It is actually considered to be a failed Parrot Summoning, and once it is summoned, it can appear anywhere on the field. It normally does nothing but standing there looking idiotic. The chicken as some secret agenda, possibly to rule the world.

The parrot can stay on the field for 3 turns, during which the user gains the ability to create a hand-sized beak and shoot it at bullet speed, a technique considered B rank. Once Carlão is summoned, he is able to multiply is body, similar to the Shadow Clone jutsu, enabling him to create 3 copies of himself. This counts towards the user's 3 jutsus, though it doesn't count as a Cloning technique. They can only stand short-range from the original Carlão..

He is one of the heaviest parrots one can summon, rather heavier for his size, even though the size is quite big on itself. Though he can't fly, his strength and endurance are extraordinary, granting him a boost in Feather throwing and Egg Dropping of +10. His feathers are naturally stronger, acting almost like a armor, allowing him to withstand a total 120 points of blunt damage from Taijutsu and Elemental Ninjutsu up to his rank (2 A rank jutsus. But even 1 S rank jutsu and he takes full damage). Apart from his feather armor, he can take 60 damage, being that S ranks pierce through the armor and affect this count directly. He is quite the adept on Sumo wrestling, and, once per battle can do one of the following:

Description: The user is able to summon Nico, one of the only two masters of the Samurai Arts among the Parrots of Altorio. Nico is an average sized parakeet with green feathers and white chest. He's relatively faster and more agile than his fellow master, and carries one samurai katana and bears a straw hat typical among samurais.
Nico possesses the ability to manifest it's chakra into a solid state, using it to enhance it's chakra weapons. Description: Iris Gloriosa is a beautiful rainbow colored macaw with Fire, the queen of Altorio. She is half the size of a normal Summon Boss, although having a rivaling sized wingspan. Twice per battle, she is able to run her fire chakra through her feathers, creating a burning light of multicolors, flashing her opponents and stealing their sight, not through chakra but through the light alone (Not a genjutsu). Her fire jutsus display a strong rainbow glow, burning brighter than normal fire, although at a much weaker effect than her blinding flash, without any added strength. She speaks with a very soft and joyful brazilian accent, like a royal lady, yet very playful and youthful.

Description and Background: The Goshawk is a medium large Bird of prey. It is a raptor with short, broad wings and a long tail, both adaptations to manoeuvring through trees in the forests it lives and nests in. Across most of the species's range, it is blue-grey above and barred grey or white below, but subspecies in particular range from nearly white overall to nearly black above. The juvenile is brown above and barred brown below. Juveniles and adults have a barred tail, with dark brown or black barring. Adults always have a white eye stripe. Juveniles have pale-yellow eyes, and adults develop dark red eyes usually after their second year, although nutrition and genetics may affect eye color as well. Description and Background: Choughs, members of the Corvidae family, are often mistaken for crows for having glossy, black plumage. They differ by the choughs having brightly colored feet, legs, and bills. They have long, broad wings, allowing them to perform amazing aerobatics. They make their homes in high mountain ranges, and normally eat bugs and insects as their main source of food. In Kumogakure, there is a certain flock of choughs that have acquired the taste for carrion, causing further confusion with other members of the Corvidae family. They can often be found at the scene of a recent battle feeding, singing songs in joy over their meal. It’s unknown how, but these birds can also utilize chakra, allowing for short burst of speed, intensified vision, increased sense of smell.

The Rays are from a hidden secretive and mysterious lake found in a valley within a obscured mountain range called Kodai no mizūmi, translated to Lake of Antiquity.
General Description
Batoidea is a superorder of cartilaginous fish commonly known as rays and skates, containing more than 500 described species in thirteen families. They are closely related to sharks, from which they can be distinguished by their flattened bodies, enlarged pectoral fins that are fused to the head, and gill slits that are placed on their ventral surfaces. Some species of Rays being able to naturally generate a eletrical discharge used as a self defense or offense mechanism to stun a predator or prey. While others have what could only be describe as a tail with a barbed stinger on the end, that can literally be launched, the stinger containing naturally produced toxins that are usually protein based, and can be used to alter respiratory and heartbeat rate. Some even having what could be described as a long "Saw" like nose used for slashing at prey and predator alike.
Summon General Abilities
Kodai no mizūmi Rays vary in size, being as small as a plate to being as large as gamabunta, and other great summons.
Like all Rays, Rays that hail from Kodai no mizūmi also known as Lake of antiquity or sometimes referred to as Lake of the past or Lake of time, have their natural abilities, such as having a barbed stinger at the end of their "tail", or even naturally being able to generate eletrical discharges, however it is usually the case that their abilities are much more developed and "Heightened" than a standard Ray, the Protein-toxins being much more potent, naturally discharged eletric currents being much more harmful, and the strength of the Saw like noses being increased ten or even one hundred fold.Furthermore, Kodai no mizūmi Rays are aquatic animals, swimming with great agility and speed (and beauty) but some can even use their chakra to "swim" through the air for a limited amount of time (turns). Rays that can swim through air have a unique adaptation that allows them to breathe in air for a period of time before being forced to return to water to breathe properly. Some Rays can keep this up for only a few minutes, while others have trained to be able to utilize this ability for hours or even days.

Kodai no mizūmi being a epitome of beauty, nature untouched and unspoiled by the average human, however unfortunately the Rays that reside in the Lake of Antiquity, are segregated due to a civil cold war brought about due to triplets being born as heirs to the throne, and no record remaining of which is older, thus they both strived to establish dominance resulting in a stalemate and the Ray population being seperated.
As such the tripelts are all bosses of the three segregations keeping a level of peace, but still regarding eachother as traitors, leading to much tension between the tjree segregations. Something that every signer since has been striving to amend

Atlantia is one of the three bosses of the Ray summons, and is usually looked upon as the weakest due to her size. Atlantia is a vibrant deep sea purple with turquoise/blue spots. Like all eagle rays, Atlantia has small electroceptors in her snout that allow her to detect the exceedingly weak electric signals generated by prey, or in most cases enemies, within a mid range radius of her. Atlantia is extremely smart, and what she fails to make up in bulk, she makes up for in intelligence, skill and tactics. Atlantia must be summoned in water. Atlantia is incapable of using suiton jutsu, however she is capable of freely manipulating water to create B, A or S ranked constructs such as pillars, walls, vortexes and other useful apparatus, this of course counts as a jutsu. Atlantia is also capable of creating a forbidden ranked exoskeleton of water to surround her, the water being a exact replica of her, except enlarged. The exoskeleton of water can be as large as, if not larger, than gamabunta, and responds solely to Atlantia's will, for all of which Atlantia requires a equally large water source. Atlantia is incapable of flying through the air, however she can gain small periods of hang time by launching in and out of the water. Atlantia is capable of speaking fluent english, japanese, and greek.

Description: Sting is a mediocre sized Stingray, being roughly 24 meters from top to tail tip, and having a pectoral fin span of 32 meters, Sting is dark turquoise in colour and has a large scar on his underbelly running from his left pectoral fin all the way to his bottom right side. Sting is the student of the weapons specialist of Kodai No Mizuumi, and as such excels at the use of weaponry. On the edge of Stings pectoral fins is a metal platelet, the metal platelet being honed to a fine edge and being extremely light and fitted perfectly. This allows Sting to slice his enemies in two as he swims past them at great speeds. Like all Stingrays, Sting has a large barbed stinger at the end of his tail that is roughly 15 inches long, the barbed tail enhanced with metallic blades, allowing it to pierce through even the most fortified defenses. Sting is able to shoot his stinger at a opponent, the stinger equating to a A rank non elemental projectile when launched. Sting specialises in the fuuton element being able to use up to and including A rank fuuton jutsu, slapping his pectoral fins against his sides in replacement for handseals and swinging his pectoral fins to execute the jutsu if need be. Sting can coat his Stinger and fins in fuuton chakra, making it equivalent to a S rank elemental jutsu. If an opponent is hit by Sting’s Stinger, the Stinger will begin to release its protein based toxins, resulting in their heart rate drastically slowing, the wound bleeding profusely, parallelization in the wounded area due to muscle cramps, and in three turns the user will surely die due to heart failure unless the enemy can counter its effects. Additionally, he can speak being able to communicate with its summoner easily.

Description: Slip-Stream, is a rather small Sting-ray in comparison to most of the other Rays and has the body shape and looks of a Spotted Eagle Stingray. Slip-Stream is roughly three meters long (Not including tail) and three and a half wide (Including wingspan), and is capable of carrying a single person on her back, possibly two if the need should arise. Slip-Stream has an extremely bubbly and energetic personality. Slip-Stream is incapable of using jutsu, but makes up for it through her prominent and useful move set. One of her techniques involves releasing her chakra as she flies, the chakra shapes into her form, effectively forming clones that are in-fact projectionary illusions created by the distortions caused by her chakra. Once activated, which counts as a move, the technique continues to remain active, mirages being created passively, leaving a trail of Slip-Streams behind her, which combined with her insane speed is often mistaken for Motion Blur by a opponent, fooling them into thinking that she’s moving faster than she actually is, while masking her exact position. The illusions often mistaken for after-images, begin to fade roughly 3 seconds after their creation and are similar to that of the basic E rank clone technique. Another of Slip-Stream’s abilities, is that she is capable of releasing a burst of wind from her body, utilizing the wind, and the updraft and force created so as to give herself a dramatic burst of speed, allowing her to amplify her speed by up to 50% for a few moments. Slip-Stream usually releases the burst of wind from either beneath her or behind her, but is capable of releasing it from all over her body if need be. Strangely, Slip-Stream prefers Air over water, and is the fastest flyer in kodai, it requires immense focus from a non doujutsu enemy to keep track of her movements while she moves in straight lines or circles, and even more focus to decipher which is a mirage and which isn’t. Slip-Stream is slower when moving in intricate motions but still remains faster than a Sage Rank Ninja with ease. Slip-Stream’s Last ability is a testament to her mastery over air and flight. As she flies, Slip-Stream is capable of utilizing her wind chakra to create a flow of wind around her, the flow of wind acts as a barrier for both defense and offense. The wind coating allows Slip-Stream to slice through opposing objects as she travels with immense ease, and is equivalent to S rank. While it also reduces Air-Resistance against her forcing the air to her sides, allowing her to move even faster than usual.

Description: Kagutsuchi is a rather small sized eagle like ray, being roughly 15 feet long (not including tail length), while his skin colour is deep orange with red ringed black spots. Kagutsuchi is unique among the rays, in the fact that he prefers heat, opting for warm water springs rather than cold water. His elemental affinity of fire reflects this. Kagutsuchi is capable of using all Katon techniques B rank and below and is capable of releasing a S rank blast of fire similar to that of Great Majestic Fire annihilation twice per battle, all of which counts as a jutsu. Kagutsuchi’s venom glands are also specialized in the sense that due to it being melded and mixed with his Katon chakra, it gains a similarity to oil in the fact that it’s highly combustible, viscous, sticky, and the venom doesn’t become denatured at higher temperatures but rather works even better before eventually turning into a dangerous gas if heated to high enough temperatures. Kagutsuchi is capable of spewing his specialized venom from his mouth in vast quantities, unlike normal venom, rather than relying on the piercing capabilities of a stinger, Kagutsuchi’s spewed venom sizzles on contact with skin, resulting in bruises and burns being formed, in which the poison can seep into the enemies blood-stream. Kagutsuchi spewing his venom counts as a A rank equivalent elemental jutsu which he is capable of applying shape manipulation to if he so wishes. Once per battle, Kagutsuchi is capable of spewing a gigantic maelstrom Fire/Venom combo towards the target which has the power of a forbidden ranked jutsu, the maelstrom leaving a fair amount of toxic gas behind. Like all Stingrays, Kagutsuchi has passive electroreception, his electroreception working through water, or using the moisture within the air as a medium. Kagutsuchi is capable of speech. Kagutsuchi’s venom results in the enemies heart and breathing rate slowing, not to mention that they begin to feel pain on the afflicted area as the enzymes take effect, this is proportionate to the amount of venom taken in, anything more than 30 mls leads to the next step. If enough venom is spewed, the cells in the contact area begin to die, resulting in the enemy experiencing a decline in health over the next few turns before dying of heart failure due to the heart and breathing rate lowering exponentially.
