OK I don't like to bash the chapters but this 1 was weak the Naruto stuff at the start was alright & seeing Nagato & Itachi was cool but the rest of it was bad. Does anyone here actually think Neji is not being controlled somehow or it's not really Neji. It just seems like Kishi is stalling for some more time so he can decide on something.

If it isn't the real Neji I would say it a Zetsu clone as Zetsu has the ability to narrow down it chakra to the exact same has it opponent if I'm not mistaken? Or if someone controlling Neji I reckon Naruto will snap him out of it

It's a Zetsu clone clearly.. but where is the real Neji then? That is the real question.
Neji hasn't been shown fighting anyone with strong genjutsu, genjutsu strong enough to control a Byakugan user. So Neji has probably been captured and a Zetsu clone as transformed into him. I'd understand if it was some random shinobi, but Neji?

Maybe the real Neji is somewhere there too, they haven't met maybe ^^ Next chapter, Neji vs Neji?

Im actually starting to believe the whole "Golden Byakugan" Zetsu has theory.

I just hope Kishimoto did that to make Byakugan powers atleast comparable to Mangekyo Sharingan. Byakugan was so UNDERRATED the entire Shippuuden. Kishi is unpredictable.

Your right he has been focusing alot on the doujutsu and the last one he hasn't gone into depth with is the byakugan so i really hope that he does that and that nejis not really evil!!! Cause I never would have guessed!!!

Finally some neji action. I think its a bit obvious that its a zetsu clone. But what has happened to the real neji? Itachi and nagato having the convo was epic, hope we see more of them in the coming chapters.

Neiji died while he was coming to the medic base and zetsu cloned him. That's why he passed through the sensory ninjas and that's why he didn't use byakugan after he entered the base.

i think Madara captured Neiji to take his DNA b/c the Hyuga are actually one of the Paths, and he sent a Zetsu replica to cause some internal strife on the Alliance's side so when day two starts, they'll be behind

i just realized something, maybe nagato and itachi did end up combining their eyes and are controlling neji!!!
