The chapter is quite disappointing but it has an interesting twist. I dont believe its Madara as he is too busy with the chakra he captured so he is most likely waiting for sasuke to come help him store it; Then again Madara mentioned he is looking for a substitute so maybe he meant someone to distract others while he carries out his plan.
It isnt Zetsu as he wouldnt risk have his identity be revealed so its probably Kabuto. One of his puppets is probably controlling Neji but its not Nagato or Itachi. I would guess its one of Kabutos puppets who can control shinobi. I would guess its the person called Dan Katō who is close to Tsunade; might be using his Spirit Transformation Technique but who knows )
Naruto will enter and uncover the technique if Sakura doesnt beat him up first.

I personally hope that we see some Sasuke in the next chapter. I wouldn't be surprised if the next chapter had no relevance to this one, after all, don't we all jsut love cliffhangers?

I think that Itachi is strong enough to break Kabuto's will personally.

I think that Nagato and Itachi break from Kabuto's control and then Raikage and Tsunade try to take Bee and Naruto back to the island.

i like where you're going with the nagato and itachi breaking free but i think kishimoto should actually show sasuke's eternal mangekyo then in chapter 541 have sasuke find Itachi
