Dust Release: Jinton



Dust Release (塵遁 Jinton) is whats known as a Kekkai Tota. It is an element made up of three basic element. Earth based chakra, Fire based chakra and Wind based chakra. The element allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them ability to turn anything into molecule-sized dust. It seems that techniques of this nature mainly consist of three-dimensional forms such as cubes, cones and a sphere contained inside them both composed of chakra, which form between the users hands. But there is nothing suggesting that it cant be manipulated in other forms such as clouds of dust itself. Due to it being made up from three basic elements so its possible that it’s requires extremely good chakra control to mold the three elements together. So far there have only been shown two users for dust release, Onoki the 3rd Tsuchikage and Mu the Second Tsuchikage who passed the knowledge down onto Onoki.

Restrictions:
-Only Onoki and Mu biographies can have the Jinton
- The user needs to have masterd Earth, Fire and Wind release elements
- User must be at least Kage rank and be a member for 4 months to create the bio
- To have a Dust Release bio one cannot possess a Kekkai Genkai within their second Biography or another Bio Test required Biography such as minato or kisame.

(Special Note: Members who wish to have Dust Release, must undertake a bio test for either Onoki or Mu before attaining the right to use Dust release which will consist of a battle test showing mastery of Earth wind and fire techniques. when more is released on techniques of dust element the restrictions may be edited and may cause the test to become harder dependent upon new releases)
