      lol i agree the thing is there is only one ninja who was capable of beating minato in speed and that was shisui of the uchiha clan although there jutsu weren't the same type at all... as a matter of fact minato used space/time ninjutsu and shisui used the body flicker technique... not the same... if you go to naruotpedia.com it explains the difference in both.

      We have A who has the mindset to kill Naruto...

      Then we have Naruto who just wants to get around A.

      Naruto BLOCKED the punch, and for the most part, appears uninjured.

      They didn't even start fighting, they are just sizing each other up.

      On top of that, who really gives a shit if A and Bee are really brothers. "I'm sure their is gonna be a an interesting plot twist in the future off of this!!!!". Seriously, they have different abilities for the most part and different personalities. It's not as though them actually being brothers is important.
