sasuke is fast but can't beat the 8 sec interval of shinra tensei and i just can't see him escape chibaku tensei

Pain would win, no real chance for Sasuke. I mean he can put up a fight but Pain is way too strong, the only thing that even saved Naruto from him was the fact he nearly let the fox have complete control, and since the show is after all called "Naruto" of course Naruto was gonna win, but Sasuke is a different story.

Ok Sasuke used susano'o more then Naruto uses rasengan and his going blind. In his weaken state it's no possible way he can beat Pain alone therefore if he had Taka Hawk it's possible but still unlikely. I don't think that its fair to say that. You have those triangles all the time and they don't work out. For example, during the chuunin exams, there's no way Sasuke could have beat Gaara. Naruto beat Gaara but we found out at the Valley of the End that Naruto couldn't beat Sasuke. Another one is how Naruto couldn't beat Sasuke, both Sasuke and Naruto couldn't beat Lee, Lee couldn't beat Neji, Naruto beat Neji, Sasuke maybe could maybe couldn't.

Yes that's a good point that "smart" people usually argue when there are triangles. Some matchups people have the upper hand simple as that.
