Sharingan is a bloodline limit, it's a part of Sasuke, whereas FTG is a tool.

ofcourse he is going to be able to dodge raikage he had a dozen of kunais which he can jump to at any time, but it was a space/time ninjutsu so it's only common sense that minato could've dodged it. his jutsu literaly makes him dissapear than reappear it's not real speed.

You saw killer bee tremble when he heard naruto talk about the 4th hokage, and A said there was no man who could surpass him. I don't believe he's over hyped at all, but that's my opinion.

the raikage didn't say that minato would never be surpassed he said that he thought nobody would have surpassed him so technically you can say that raikage meant that he thought nobody would surpass him but somebody did.

That being said if the 4th is able to be move himself from one place to another instantly, and the amount of time taken to cross that distance is instantly(0 dam seconds) the 4th is faster.

A and Minato are at a track meet, A finished in 0.1 seconds and Minato finished in 0.0 seconds(instantly) who's faster? Minato because he finished first because he was able to go faster than A, nothing is faster than an instant thus Minato wins. (YAAAAAAY)

When you talk of raw speed , you mean without using any technique ?

So that means that Raikage isn't fast because he uses techniques to go fast with electricity and body flicker technique.

In kakashi gaiden you see minato using his raw speed , without any technique !

Both have differents means to go faster but minato's way is faster

completely disappearing and teleportation are two different things and what shino said just means madara disappears completely minato teleports, all that means is minato can be caught by bugs eventually. kakashi was referring to madaras disappearing act and clarified that it was a type of space/time jutsu, in which case minatos FTG still counts as movement.

speed is distance/time so pretty much, what FTG does is let the user move to the seal instantaneouly but the user can only move to that seal at instantaneous speed.

Whar madaras move does is make a wormhole in his friggin face, sucks himself into that hole, and makes the wormhole regurgitate his body elsewhere, Madara is a nasty fellow

Here is what I think of madara technique when he disappear he doesn't exist in the real world for a moment that why shino bug can't follow him then he pop out at other place and exist in a real world again while minato is just move from one place to another by seal during that period he still exist in real world not like madara
