Here is what I think of madara technique when he disappear he doesn't exist in the real world for a moment that why shino bug can't follow him then he pop out at other place and exist in a real world again while minato is just move from one place to another by seal during that period he still exist in real world not like madara

Yes so it limitless where madara can go but it took him longer than the 4th to get to that point but the 4th technique is limited to where the seal is but both techniques are very different and can't be compare
