Dragon is usually seen dressed in a long green cloak (colored black in the manga), underneath which he wears the garb of a revolutionary, colored white in the anime, and orange in the manga. He has spiky black hair with a widow's peak hairstyle, and what resemble tribal tattoos on the left side of his face ,they are colored dark red in the anime, and bright red in the manga. Also, he appears to have no eyebrows, however, he does have a bit of stubble on his chin in the form of a goatee. He is most often seen sporting a sinister grin on his face, further aiding his already intimidating visage. Only on rare occasions, such as when he heard of the Uchiha Massacre , has Dragon not seen smiling

Personality:
Dragon's Personality is widely unknown due to the fact that he is meant to be died along time ago as. He has strong love for freedom which he doesnt believe exists in any village, which is the sole reason he fled from the Senju Clan. Dragon is always seen talking to his subordinates with a serious tone but calm about how the battle of freedom will not be easy as it is very long and arduous. His personality is always serious as he really hates the corruption and hatred of the ninja world and will stop at nothing to cure the world unto a corruption and hatred free world that he cherishes so dearly.

Dragon depicted to the whole of the ninja and normal world as a completely evil and dangerous man can be contradicted as it seems that he also cares about innocent people. He was shown freeing Yukimaru from Kabuto and Orochimaru's ill-intentions and finally gave Yukimaru a place where he can call home.

Dragon's and his subordinates ruthless behaviour in kidnapping unhappy ninja from their villages and making them work for him where they will be truly happy has annoyed and slightly threatened the Daimyou's and Kage for which they have retailated with a very hefty bounty on him. Dead or Alive.

Background Info.
History:
Monkey D Dragon's history remains mostly a mystery, aside from him being born in one of the Five Greatest Villages called Konohagature. He decided to leave konoha after being rejected by his own clan.

Monkey D Dragon was born at a time of when war was a way of life. He, his whole life saw violence and hatred towards one another, he wanted to end it all. When he was 13 , Dragon met the famous older Hashirama Senju. When Dragon was brought to Hashirama, he wondered why he was called for and only to realise that Hashirama wished for Dragon as Senju to continue hiding forbidden jutsu until the time comes that he needs to use it. Overall, Dragon didnt like this idea and seeing as he was against violence and knew this type of technique will be used against an enemy to cause massive destruction. Dragon stormed out of the Kages Headquarters. Later on that day Dragon is met by someone who is not shown properly but must be someone with a grudge against Konoha speaks with Dragon and its apparent ever since that night no-one has since seen Monkey D Dragon, but his revolutionary movement still exists which is proof that he is still alive.

During his time out of Konoha he begins his training with the unknown mysterious man and after 4.5 years his first victim falls, a little village by the name of Hidden Grass. Slowly over the years as he gains strong subordinates more villages fall under his tyranny of freedom and no restrictions are bound to them unlike other villages which would follow orders. In these villages, the people or ninja can do anything they like except for murder which will be punished by death. Dragon alongside his subordinates take out some of the shinobi of these villages.

Overall, Monkey D Dragon still is alive these days, even though some refuse to believe it but now that a masked man named Tobi and Madara are back into action and are about to bring great catastrophe on the world which what Monkey D Dragon is against. So once more Monkey D Dragon heads out to reveal himself and try to fight and save the world and hopefully put an end to all the hatred and corruption of the ninja world

I yeah, I was unsure about that. I edited my post though. I also didn't read more into his story. You lucky Cailburn's not here, he would have decline right then and there. Then you would have to make another which is time consuming for most.
