4th Raikage A

Character Information: A is the Forth Lightning Shadow (Yondaime Raikage). He is the son of the Third Raikage. At some point in the past, a group of children were gathered in order to determine who would be A's tag-partner in keeping with a long-standing Kumogakure tradition of the Raikage having a tag-team partner. Only one of the children were able to successfully match A's power and use the Double Lariat on a training dummy. As a result, the child was given the name "B", and A stated that they would be brothers from that day on. He and B would eventually be teamed together on a mission with Killer B's cousin, the jinchūriki of the Eight-Tails. While on the mission, he told A that Killer B would need something to fill the void that would be created if he was chosen as the beast's next jinchūriki. He is a tall dark-skinned man with a large muscular build, with his white hair (blond in the anime) combed back , a small moustache and beard. He has pointed canines and his top lip also has a darker hue than the bottom one; traits he inherited from his father.

Abilities: A's abilities are without a question of high level in which is equally resembled as him Being the 4rth Raikage. He is noted to have chakra levels that could be comparable to that of a Tailed Beast. A's signature fighting style is a combination of Taijutsu and Ninjutsu which forms the Style Nintaijutsu. A possesses great physical strength, capable of lifting a large amount of weight with just one hand, shattering a cliff with a single punch as well as a couple of Susanoo's ribs. Befitting his appearance, the Raikage seems to prefer taijutsu combat, in which he has shown tremendous prowess. He could prevent two jinchūriki from escaping for a considerable amount of time. He prefers using wrestling techniques to more traditional forms of taijutsu. Despite his large physique, the Raikage is noted for being very fast, grabbing Zetsu by the throat before he had a chance to react. On top of his physical capabilities, A is also skilled in lightning-based techniques, releasing a continuous surge of electricity from his body to form the Lightning Release Armour. This electricity complements A's natural physical strength and speed to the point where he claims not even the Sharingan should be able to keep up with his movements. This is due to electricity stimulating his nervous system and speeding up his neural synapses, amplifying his reflexes His speed in this state is greatly increased, to the point that it was mentioned by C that the Raikage's nervous system and reaction speed are comparable to those of the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze

(Rariatto) - Lightning Plough Hot Sword

Description: The user charges at his opponent, striking them with a Lariat move, coated in chakra. A successful strike can blow away a target's entire chest with a direct hit. The attack is rather straightforward, but very quick and powerful. Killer Bee was shown using this technique in his chakra cloak form, and the Raikage was shown using the Lightning Armour technique.
Note: Technique can only be used whilst in a chakra cloak and can only be used and taught by a Raikage bio or Killer Bee bio

(Raiton no Yori) - Lightning Release Armour

Damage points: N/A (+ 20 to regular taijutsu)
Description: The user will wrap themselves with lightning chakra, which then electrically stimulates their nerves system and speed up their neural synapse to react faster to danger and push away any physical prowess to the absolute limit. allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power. This armour, combined with Taijutsu allows the user to utilize a Nintaijutsu. However due to being enveloped by lightning chakra, wind techniques cause more damage.
Note: Technique lasts for 3 turns

Restrictions:

- To have a Raikage Bio a member must be at least Sannin Rank
- They must have been a member for at least 8 months
- They must have mastery of lightning release and Know Taijutsu up to the non gate techniques.
- They must gain permission from two roleplay moderators
- A member must undertake a battle test given by Zenryoku showing their skill and understanding of the lightning release, taijutsu and Nintaijutsu techniques.
- A 4th Raikage A bio cannot have The Eight Gates or Sage mode within their biography.
- A member cannot possess a Special Bio as their second Biography for example Minato or Madara
