I'm guessing that he can create Chakra Arms anywhere on his body to create and control chakra. He uses a really small version of the arms to create a "mini" Rasenshuriken which is what he calls it.

That has added a lot of variation to what Naruto can do now. It eliminates the need for shadow clones to make Rasengan. They will probably be pretty damn powerful though in tailed beast mode. Although how powerful compared to the crazy stuff he does in Sage Mode is another question.

How does he create Rasengans? I thought they'd turn into TBBs also I thought his wind chakra was cut off during Rikudou mode. Since the kyuubi is cutting off his Naruto chakra.

I hope kish explains this to us how hes doing this.

Anyway I love this chapter so far. It seems to me that all the kyuubi's chakra is doing is increasing his Uzumaki powers. Mito had the ability sense evil intentions, Naruto's life energy can create trees, he takes the resemblance of the SO6P.
I wonder how powerful the mini FRS actually is. Also if Naruto can add wind to his FRS's can he add wind to his TBBs.
