Well, because I graduated I got from my parents a netbook with Windows 7 starter on it. but the problem now is that I can't change my background, and the standard background is really ugly...
Does someone know how to change my backgound??

because there's a difference between windows 7 and windows 7 starter. Ive got the normal 7 on this laptop, but on my notebook I've windows 7 starter

Windows 7 Starter doesn't support Personalization.

Windows Starter doesn't support personalization. However, you can get around this very easily by downloading Oceanis; it's safe, it's free and has been a solution for so many people with the same problem as you. Here is the link:

When you have downloaded it you will be able to change the desktop background and there is aslo an optional desktop slideshow (shuffle).
