1.the reason why amaterasu burned only A's arm is because it wasn't directed at him, he basically put his hand in the fire, he would have been consumed by the fire if he did not cut his arm. The samurai was being burned because Sasuke aimed at him. Hachibi's complete body was being burned.

2. Kisame is the best bijuu hunter, 9 tails has much chakra, which means that Kisame would only have come stronger. In sage mode, naruto would win; Kyuubi mode, especially v2, no way.

1- Jiraiya stopped it once that is why itachi said to kisame we would be dead if we fought him and for the same reason i say naruto would beat kisame because naruto is way stronger than jiraiya

Easily the Kyuubi, the eight tails would get wrecked. Before Kishi decided to get weird and introduce the 10-tails, the Kyuubi was said to have infinite chakra. How do you beat infinite power? Without jinchurikki they basically use the same types of attacks just with varying levels of power. I mean the tailed beasts each have special abilities, like the five-tails is said to be able to use every element and stuff like that, but overall it comes down to power and chakra. Kyuubi has more than the others.
