Seeing as the first hokage can control tailed beasts, and uses mokuton jutsu that is actually enhanced by naruto being on the battlefield. I'll take the first hokage.

It's just not a match up that works in naruto's favor.

I know most people would say naruto and I myself thought the first would win but after looking at naruto's power I would have to say naruto. But not because of this new power he has. If naruto even tried to use the nine tails power it would be put to an end because the first controlled the nine tails. But naruto in sage mode I would have to say would beat the first in a short match up however the longer the fight the lower his chances get.
