I'm giving a 5 to this a chapter because Masashi didn't stop the story's flow, we got to see the old Kages again and we have learned more about Gaara's dad powers:

• Gaara's dad could make a "Gold Dust" shield and he could also use "The Third Eye" jutsu.

• I'm glad that in the next chapter we'll see more behind Gaara's story and that we'll see the Kage's fight (even if they don't fight, they will tell their weak points and their powers as stated by them here).

I hope we get to see more about 4th Kazekage's powers, to fully convince all us that he's strong.

i think the other kazes cant be trapped or they can get away easily especialy raikage the lightling user cause lightling is stronger then sand(cause produce by earth) but we can say goodbye to gaara's father....

Pretty nice but if it's going on like this it will be very boring. "I hope my kid/student/lover has surpassed me." Kid/student/lover pulls off some mad skills. "Oh shit I wasn't even a match for him." Instantly falls over... defeated. Let's seal 'em with some paper. Done. Otherwise we got to see that Gaara's dad wasn't so badass at all... he's more like a Danzo type ninja. Using cruel methods to ensure the villages wealth and health.

I thought this was an amazing chapter, finally seeing Gaara's mom, and knowing that she really did love him. Also his father also realizing the mistakes hes made. It was really touching too see that the sand wasn't an ability from the Shukaku but a dying gift from Gaara's mother showing that she will always protect him no matter what. This chapter has had to be one of the most touching Naruto chapters right next to when Naruto's parents gave their lives for him.. that got me teary a little.

You know im beggining to wonder, what excatly the one tailed beast actually gives the user in terms if special skills.

I think we all thought that garra's skill in moving sand is because of the beast, now we know it was because of garra's mother. It seems abit small time of the one tailed beast if a human can have the same skill.

Simular deal with the fox, there seems to be alot conflicting skills that u can get lke those special chains with kushina and naruto and mito's ability to sense hostilty. At frist i thought these were a sidenaffect of the fox but now Im completly confused.

I look forward to what madara's six host bodeis can do and if they can actually have skills now that they have no beast within them.

I think when the so6p created tailed beast he could have given each a unque skill or two which would explain how shinobi can also get the same skills as the so6p started ninjutsu.
