      Izanagi is a technique of the standard sharingan not the MS or EMS. From what we know both Senju and Uchiha DNA are needed so we don't have to worry about Sasuke using the jutsu, also the eye will be blinded (given the user uses all the time they're capable of using. If they can use the jutsu before they go blind then no) because EMS and MS isn't in the factor only the standard one.

      Again ... you dont need Senju power to use Izanagi .. read manga and wiki again .. its just used to boost chakra for Izanagi to last longer ... and if so, Sasuke just can rip a bit off from Madara's tree and implant it to his body :D
