My Internet Explorer opened it.
Download a plugin for Mozilla called IE Tab,that should open it.

nah my chrome doesnt work its upgraded ones also mozilla fixefox ie tab cannot be installed in new firefox 5.0.1
but i download chrome plugin ie tab it work thanxs guys
