He is not immortal. There is no way a character could be powerful enough to be godlike. In my opinion he has a way of "cloning" himself as many times as he wants to, some might call that "Immortality" i say he is just clever. I also believe that Zetsu is a key player in relation to his so called immortality.

I just re-read Ch490 pg4. I think Kabuto Edo Tensei'd Tobi's original body, as he totally pooped his cloak when the coffin opened, calling Kabuto a "mad Man" which is rich coming him him and his mooneye plan. and Kab stating "you can't refuse me". I'm thinkin' that Tobi needs his real body back to be able to return to it, after using So6P power to restore life into the dead flesh.

I don't think it would be that easy though. Madara is much more powerful and in control and has experimented the cells and eye on others before using it for himself. But If Naruto succeds in getting Sasuke change sides and fight Madara along with him they can tire him out enough. Or at least stop Sasuke from helping the old Uchiha..

Once he it tired at least part of him can be changed ionto a great fire wood. It wouldn't matter if he is immortal or not anymore.

Tobi may be Immortal and cannot die by Natural Cause, but he can still die by getting ****ed up or Blown to Pieces as you can see with his fight with Konan... He had to use Izanagi because he was gonna die... Theres another example of how the Uchiha have no skill really they all depend on there eyes... Look at Madaras brother he lost his eyes to Madara, then he continued to battle and died... If he was skilled he woulda survived much longer... But he depended to much on his eyes lol
