[Theory] Why SO6P choose younger son over older?

I think it is because the younger was more understanding and not go looking for revenge for every little thing so basically i am saying is that he didn't choose from who was more powerful and that is like naruto and sasuke....sasuke is easy to control and easy to get something to do or to make him turn on someone or get in his head and that was the older son and seeing that the SO6P picked younger who is like naruto for giving and not looking to get revenge or hard for someone get in his head...
