Description:

While on a mission where he barely survived his disguise faded and revealed his demon appearance. Afterward was cast out from the village were he resented the village and wants to destroy it now. Story: Five years ago Sugiro was a ninja from the land of Snow known as Tatiri.
One day the Akatsuki leader and his partner invaded his village in search of
the seven-tailed Jinchuuriki. They were unsuccessful, but before the two Akatsuki
left the village Tatiri engaged the leader in battle on a large snowy mountain.
The leader easily defeated Tatiri by using an explosive seal to start an avalanche.
The snow from the avalanche shoved Tatiri down the mountain and his body
was smashed and scraped by many rocks. A few hours later, the Snow villages medical
ninja found Tatiri's body and healed him as much as they could. He had a major
operation done to save his life. Before the operation, he was given an injection to
make sure he didn't wake up during the operation. It turns out that by accident,
the chemicals in the injection contained DNA from other ninja.


When the operation was finished, Tatiri had new abilities that he never had before
(explained below). A few days after the operation, Tatiri found out that his father
had been killed by the Akatsuki leader's partner. Tatiri took his father's axe and he
swore he would get vengeance on Akatsuki. After the avalanche and the operation, Tatiri
looked like a completely different person. He changed his name to Sugiro and tracked down
the Akatsuki leader. He knew he was currently no match for the leader so he decided to join
Akatsuki (leader didn't know it was him since he looks different and has different name) and
observe each members abilities. He decided that after years of training, he
would eventually be strong enough to overthrow the leader and get revenge for his serious
injuries, as well as his father's death. This is his only reason for being in the group.

-He can make rain fall from the sky and turn the rain
from water, into sharp ice daggers
-He can move his hands to create a giant storm of wind
