You mean Sasuke's katana vs Hanzo's Kusarigama...Idk if Hanzo can stream chakra into his blade like Sasuke (unless they're not allowed chakra only pure metal to metal). Hanzo has more experience in weilding his weapon then Sasuke so if it's just metal vs metal, no ninjutsu or genjutsu I would say Hanzo although at first glance of the thread most people are going to vote before they read the conditions and vote Sasuke.

Sasuke is awesome with his sword,he killed several samurai who are especialy trained in kenjutsu by himself with his sword,plus when Sasuke clashed with Mifune at the kage summit he even commented that Sasuke had good swordsmanship.

sasuke poured chakra in to his blade to beat the samurai and was using sharingan. this is a battle of just swords no pouring lightning in to blade and no sharingan (i believe that those are the conditions). sasuke was also using sharingan against mifune which evens the playing field because mifune may have better sword skills but sharingan allows sasuke to read moves. no sharingan and sasuke is at a disadvantage immediately due to hanzo's experience in kenjutsu.

also i never said sasuke isnt good with his sword i said hanzo is better and has more experience. and sasuke never gets in to sword fights he dodges using sharingan and then kills using chidori stream through his blade. that isnt kenjutsu thats ninjutsu and dojutsu usage.

damn this is hard i might have to give the edge to sasuke but still sasuke can stream chakura he might break the chain however hanzo should be aware of this because of mifune sasuke seems quicker though hanzo strikes with power and caution and sasuke is quick

plus orochimaru taught him how to use a snake sword and oro i guarantee that orochimaru is better at kenjutsu than hanzo

It don't mean that Mifune was saying that Sasuke's better then him, or Hanzo for that matter. Sasuke's good with a sword but I wouldn't put him as equals to Bee, Mifune, or Hanzo in skilles with a blade
