State ur answers nd reason why. As 4 me i say Izanagi cos all susano'o attacks wud just bcum a drm. And same 4 amateratsu. Izanagi can only b done by does who hav Uchiha n Senju bloodline whereas Susano'o n Amateratsu require only Uchiha bloodline (Mangekyou Sharingan in both eyes) wich ranks it kinda higher.
