Ok, so Kakashi has stated that he can't move in order to dodge the incoming rusty nail, but who's to say he didn't just make a shadow clone stand in front of the nail, so he doesn't get hit?
Better yet, why doesn't he just do a Kawarimi so the nail hits like a piece of wood while he escapes and go's behind Pein, Raikiri'ing him to death.
Thoughts?

Yes, but who's to say his arms aren't pinned close enough to create hand seals?
Plus, you don't necessary need hand seals to do Kawarimi or Shadow Clone, do you?

you need hand symbols to do shadow clone, and you need to be able to move your entire body inorder to use substitution cause you need to teleport at high speeds to some other location.

Hmm, well maybe Kakashi activated his MS [He said he was storing his chakra] and teleported away [Behind Pein?] and also teleported something in his place?
