Caliburn ( He doesn't Rp much, But I can Bet a Million Bucks that He is top tier. Rp Requires analyzing Skills which He has the Most. Even more than Bishamon and Lili )
Liliana ( Newbie Not very old gen, but her skills and strategies are Awesome. She plays with active Mind )
Xylon ( Junior to Me, But I respect his RP skills Very Much. He has gained some much in
so little time. He is most definitely the Top-Tier Rp-er )
Gatsndshanks ( Another Lazy ass Genius, When He Did Rp He would Kick-ass. Sadly He has Quit as well )

Lord Danzo ( Smooth Rp-er, Doesn't Argue. Thinks his Moves through , Lacks Op'edness )
Chiryoku ( I don't Know much About his RP style, But People consider him a Bad-ass Rp-er )
Sinister ( Among the first Few to have a Pain Bio , Talented Rp-er )
Lord Of Kaos ( Another Taijutsu Specialist, From 2nd-3rd Gen )

Benazz ( If I remember Correctly, He was the 3rd Zetsu User and Pretty good one at that)
Kiwii ( I totally Forgot him, Insect User ( Oringal Aburame ), He was a Vey skilled User of Insects )
Kirabi ( Hmm, Hard One to put. Raw Power. Makes Silly mistakes which gets him killed , Very Enthusiastic )
Mizutoki ( I don't know him, nor his fighting style. But My seniors respected his RP Skills. )

Nemesis ( Another Great Oldie, He has Disappeared, though His Rp Skills were pretty Good. )

Toku (A great earth user and SNK master, he can easily outshine most earth users from his generation and the new one)

1. Gobi ( If He keeps this up, He'll be in the Above list )
2. Minato ( I have heard and observed alot, but have yet to experience it on my own )
3. Pervy ( Heavily Underestimated and He underestimates Himself. Else he can beat most members of his Gen.
4. Jinbei ( another Underestimated Person, People don't say much about. But in honesty I have seen pretty great fights from him.
5. Akisha ( Zen's Sempai ( If I am not Wrong ) ) .
6. Perry ( Good Rp-ing Skills, Lacks Concentration else He spots weakness In opponents very Quickly )
7. TSSB ( I don't know how I forgot him, But he is a Top-Tier in His Gen as well )
8. Dei Dei ( He is among the few that prefer taijustu in new Gen, Decent Rp-er )
9. Hattori Hanzou ( Another Person from New Generation, who has impressed with his RP skills )
10. Gin-san (a great strategist, capable of interesting and dangerous combos by taking advantage of every aspect and detail of the battle, great Kenjutsu user and a dangerous minato wielder)
11. Wesobi (A clean, fun opponent. Makes intelligent clean moves and plays it safe. Gives for fun matches and isn't prone to arguments)
