1. Gobi ( If He keeps this up, He'll be in the Above list )
2. Minato ( I have heard and observed alot, but have yet to experience it on my own )
3. Pervy ( Heavily Underestimated and He underestimates Himself. Else he can beat most members of his Gen.
4. Jinbei ( another Underestimated Person, People don't say much about. But in honesty I have seen pretty great fights from him.
5. Akisha ( Zen's Sempai ( If I am not Wrong ) ) .
6. Perry ( Good Rp-ing Skills, Lacks Concentration else He spots weakness In opponents very Quickly )
7. TSSB ( I don't know how I forgot him, But he is a Top-Tier in His Gen as well )
8. Dei Dei ( He is among the few that prefer taijustu in new Gen, Decent Rp-er )
9. Hattori Hanzou ( Another Person from New Generation, who has impressed with his RP skills )
10. Gin-san (a great strategist, capable of interesting and dangerous combos by taking advantage of every aspect and detail of the battle, great Kenjutsu user and a dangerous minato wielder)
11. Wesobi (A clean, fun opponent. Makes intelligent clean moves and plays it safe. Gives for fun matches and isn't prone to arguments)
