Yes, because we didn't see Itachi's life at school, may be he got more girls than Sasuke. He was better in his study as well.

itatchi is 100x cooler than his lil' bro sasuke, n stronger 2. He is the perfect shinobi, doin' wats best for the village even if it makes him look like a villian. Hes so strong he can give away powers from left to right like hes Santa Claus with a bag of presents on christmas...naruto, sasuke and i think he gave kakashi MS at their first encounter in Konoha.

Yeah, i thought about that grammatical mistake, but i wanted to emphasize the question by adding "more" instead of "-er". Usually the word is used as cool, I thought maybe it might be misunderstood if I said cooler .
