it cant possibly be true that you hav to kill your best friend to get ms because we witness sasuke gain his ms by "killing" his brother whom of which he hated alot. now what friend do you hav that you hate...theres something else to awakening the ms we just dont know yet...madara nor his brother killed their best friend yet they had it too. kakashi has it. his best friend was killed by a rock. although hes not uchiha his eye is so yea..theres another catch...good chap too. 5/5

That was a great chapter but it does suck that it will take another 10 years to activate shusi eyes. But I am very intrestedto see Bee Naruto fight a full Nagato. But the great thing about itachi is he was going to put the ultimate genjutsu on his brother to save his brother and the village itachi was and is one of the great shinobis

Basically, since Sasuke has Itachi's eyes now, Naruto's crow will be able to nullify Sasuke's EMS? Awesome! I was wondering if that crow have something that can counter some of Madara's eye power? Itachi is way steps ahead of the game and is a true shinobi. Cool!

First of all, to all of you who are saying that Nagato is also going to escape Edo Tensei, you may want to think twice. Tons of other ridiculously powerful shinobi are under it's effects that cannot escape. And some of you are saying that he will escape just because he's sucking chakra? How is that gonna do anything?! Itachi is only free because of Shisui's gen jutsu, which is the most powerful in the world. So I highly doubt Nagato is breaking free.

Also, since Itachi is still a zombie really, I think it would be cool if, at the end of the war, he manages to remain unsealed, and becomes some sort of immortal guardian of the Leaf Village. Just thought that that would be a cool way for his character to reach some closure.

Hello Everyone. First time posting here. I definately have to say the storyline is really picking up. Couple of predictions/ questions... I'd like to post for the next chapter with Bee/ Naruto / itachi vs Nagato. Let me know what your thoughts are.

1. Nagato seems to be powered up, but why wasn't he powered up when naruto fought him? Secondly....remember bee has a certain sword that can also shave or steal chakra. This could be interesting.

2. I cant see bringing itachi back, just for this fight. He will stick around at least to see his brother...right?

3. Kabuto is happy about shisui's last eye. Kabuto probably needs pure dna to resurect Shisui. This probably settles that shisui is not in the last coffin.

4. This is a question. Did the rinnengan user need subjects to fully utilize the paths? I know nagato was messed up with his fight with danzo etc.......but my understanding was the whole point of the rinnengan was to gain the paths and the power that came with it, but you destroyed your body. If not why was nagato getting nose bleeds when using advanced techniques?

anyway chew on these questions and tell me what your thoughts are. thx.

Well for 1 ever since Nagato summoned gedo mazo he's been that frail little man you've been seeing so thats whos DNA Kabuto got and thats who came back but he was able to restore his powers now that hes no longer connected to the statue or his 6 bodies most likely. And it doesnt seem like edo tensei summons use normal chakra or at least it doesnt seem as limited as when they were alive. i havent seen ONE MENTION of one of them being low on chakra and having to resort to solely taijutsu. but b/c of them being zombies their chakra may not be "tasty" to samehada. since it is basically alive i dont think it will suck chakra automatically and Bee hasnt had it very long and probly doesnt have good enough report with it to order it around yet.

2 Itachi was still summoned by Kabuto and even tho his actions cant be controlled the tech could still be released. HOWEVER Madara did keep warning Kabuto that EVERY TECH HAS A DRAWBACK and this is probly it.... Now that itachi has free will the only way to counter it is to release the tech and lose ALL of his edo tensei soldiers..... and then to get them back he would need an ENTIRE NEW BATCH OF LIVE SACRIFICES!! AND MAYBE MORE DNA!! And since Itachis Susano'o has a sword capable of sealing anything it cuts, he will be a HUGE asset but as soon as he wipes out the edo's kabuto can end it UNLESS THEY CAN KILL HIM BEFORE HE HAS THE CHANCE then only sealing them would end their existence. If Kabuto dies NOONE CAN RELEASE IT ONLY THE ORIGINAL USER!!!

3 Shisui in the coffin was never a possibility as Kabuto said to Madara if he had Danzos body he could get DNA from Shisuis crushed eye and add him to the roster (pointless if he already had him) and if Madara gave him access to Pains weapons he could get blood of Jiraiya but Madara warned him not to push his luck and kabuto never brought it up again.

4 you dont need the bodies for the paths abilities. That was just a way to make him stronger and keep his real body out of harms way. His body got destoyed b/c can you imagine how much chakra it takes to move around 6 dead bodies AND use those advanced techs? and he had to be in that chakra transmitting device to do it which kept him from moving on his own and his MUSCLES ALL ATROPHIED! As for the nose bleeds think how worn out kakashi gets from using his MS. High expendatures of chakra like that especially when your body is physically weak as crap are bound to do damage. It wasnt a side effect of the paths themselves as Nagato was using the paths and all Rinnegan abilities in early days of Akatsuki while Yahiko was still alive and he looked nice and healthy. Not till he got those chakra rod things connected to his back when he summoned Gezo Mado did his body start to wither.

Everyone talking about the MS and killing your best friend??? YES THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO GET THE MS!!! BUT ONE TAKES A LONG TIME!!! Itachi knew that there wasnt enough time to wait for sasuke to be as old as Kakashi to activate the MS so he gave him the secret to the SHORTCUT! Shisui was like an OLDER brother to Itachi so he probly got his like Kakashi did....Hard work. AS FOR WHY HE SACRIFICED HIMSELF????? Why did Itachi agree to become an exiled criminal?? Love for the village. Also again killing your best friend is a shortcut to MS so he probly "sacrificed himself" by letting Itachi kill him so he could get MS too so he would have the power to help him carry out the orders to exterminate an entire clan of Sharingan users. Itachi said that Naruto has the same values as Shisui so he probly GAVE HIS RIGHT EYE TO DANZO WILLINGLY just like he GAVE HIS LEFT EYE TO ITACHI WILLINGLY especially since the orders to eliminate the Uchiha clan came from Danzo and the elders in the first place. It was probly under orders from the elders that Shisui did all that to make sure Itachi had that extra edge. Shisui wanted no part of the Uchiha coup and like Itachi said...."to prevent a war over his eyes he made it look like he destroyed them" so while Itachi could just become an exile, Shisui would have been HUNTED RELENTLESSLY BY EVERY VILLAGE in attempts to claim his eyes doubtlessly causing battles between villages and such.

And Minato's chakra's faded away inside naruto, so Minato isn't inside Naruto anymore. People can be summoned who are dead and aren't sealed anymore.

He then used the REAPER DEATH SEAL which permanently seal the soul of the user along with that of the target. He used that one to take half of the Kyuubi since he was too weakened to seal the whole Kyuubi (and maybe Naruto wouldnt have been able to control the whole thing either but i digress) and it sealed Minato's own soul in the process so he is never coming back. Sorry man. Only reason He was in Naruto was b/c of the way the seal allowed him to preserve his some of his presence with a portion of his chakra. So he was never sealed in Naruto and he IS still sealed.

Not to mention Kabuto said "don't worry i haven't told anyone" and what would it matter to Madara if Kabuto had told someone he had summoned the fourth hokage?? doesn't make sense in that context.

woooooooooooow,, really shocking, i guess naruto gonna have a hard time now he's fighting all pains at once. and does that means itatchi is free and with his full well.

OK my predictions........ I think that Nagato is going to succeed in capturing the Hachibi, giving Kabuto possession of it. Then as it looks like Naruto will suffer the same, Itachi will use Susano'o's sword to seal Nagato. Then when Zetsu notifies Madara that the Hachibi is no longer in play he will go to Kabuto to "collect" him for sealing but Kabuto will refuse and try to blackmail him. Madara, who now has jinchuriki edo tensi 6 path bodies under his chakra control rather than Kabutos head tag control, will decide Kabuto has outlived his usefulness and battle ensues. Madara kills Kabuto then realized that with him dead the edo tensei cant be released so all of the edo soldiers left regain free will like Itachi and that will be the big plot point. Since the allied shinobi forces will gain at least several powerful immortal shinobi, that will force Madara to bring Sasuke to the battlefield to even the power back out! And that is how it will open up for Naruto to face Sasuke AND hopefully lead to an Itachi/Sasuke confrontation. And as for Shisui's eye, they could totally launch a rescue mission for Yamato who having the Firsts DNA could recharge it OR since the Kyuubi state's chakra effect mokuton it might be able to recharge it OR (AND THIS IS MY FAVORITE!!!) since the Zetsu's are DNA models of the first as well they could use Samehada to funnel their chakra into the crow!!!

No problem! That is a good question! i would have to say tho that there are two things to consider on this one.

1. the Biju are described as being "masses of chakra" so they may not actually have a soul to begin with. they may just be living masses of chakra. Especially since even if they get defeated or their host dies with them inside they come back. So once the chakra masses back up they gain sentience again. (just theory remember)

2. if they DO have a soul i would wager that it is in Naruto. The reason i say that is b/c when Naruto tries to take control of its chakra they said that you cant seperate the kyuubi's "WILL" and if he cant resist it it will overtake him. if it were JUST chakra i wouldnt think there would be such massive will and control on its part. The soul must be there exerting control and trying to take Naruto over. like in the latest movie the Ryumyaku was a source of massive chakra but there was no will or intent with it.

Itachi surpasses Minato as a Shinobi. Itachi is and was the greatest ninja ever. Hands down no one can surpass his planning and sacrifice for Konoha. He kept Shisui's MS! Did we not know he had an MS??? Shisui must have been one helluva ninja.

As for Shisui's eye, thats one powerful genjutsu. I guess it lasts forever? Kinda ironic and sucks how Shisui's decade MS genjutsu was used on Itachi who already is head over heels for Konoha.

Also it has been proven how much of a badass Nagato is.
Sorry Itachi fans, Amertasu has no affect on Shinra Tensei. Even if it got thru the 5 sec mark and starts burning he can get rid of it. Damn Nagato is beastly.
Nagato got 8 tail larioted but then got his chakra sucked.

Btw to all viewers. Nagato isn't sucking his chakra he's sucking his soul.
