[Poll] Streaming vs Direct Downloading Anime

well downloading from DatteBayo is the best

for reasons


1-It has a high quality
2-If you have a good internet then the downloading speed will be so freakin' fast
3-Most sites get the episodes from it

but anyway It's up to ppl and I can make a thread about how to download them but I don't think it's a good thing to do

I like streaming so all i hav2 do is go to the site and watch it.

I hav no knowledge of Downloading so i dunno on that

No I mean do you like downloading or just streaming. The direct download on NarutoBase is free and the same quality as DB since it's the same file. The only difference is that people won't need bittorrent.

However, the streaming version does have a (much) lower quality compared to the direct downloads / bittorent files.

Well, downloading takes a lot of time/memory, etc.
Plus there could be problems in how the file is set up. For example, I recently downloaded an AVI file and found Windows Media Player couldn't play it. I had to surf all over the internet to find a program that would identify this one aspect of it, and then I had to find the manufacturer of that aspect, and download something that would allow me to play it.

I'm surprised it worked


The downloading would be helpful for an amv or something, but I prefer streaming.

but streaming its right there

streaming can mess everything up

i used to download everything i want to watch because of my slow connection, atm i can watch streaming animes but the downloads are good for ppl with slow connection.

i can't trust downloading anything after it took me 4 months to fix my computer

When it comes to experiencing any form of media.. I'll always choose the highest possible quality. Dattebayo's video files are beyond dvd quality. Streamed media provides a nasty experience and never does the show/movie/song justice EVER!

I do realize how easy it is to simply click play, watch, and be done with it.. but I refuse to watch anything but the highest available quality.

If your computer's fairly protected.. then once you find a trusted site to download from, that's never a problem.

when i download a torrent all i get is the sound, no picture. :/ So i prefer streaming. The qualities good enough so it doesnt bother me.

U serious?? yah im getting into webdesign it's hard but sometimes you hav2 think real hard on different things u can do and maybe throw in some things too. It takes a while but eventually u get there.

But Yah i think both would be great for those with diff connections
