I think it was the fact that Kishi made Nagato look bad against itachi and i´m wondering, haven´t anyone asked themselves why itachi used amaterasu against nagato when he became free?

Hell yeah. The paths have nothing on Nagato. If he was to go against Madara, I'm pretty sure that would be an unforgettable battle.

Well, keep in mind that Nagato couldn't walk at the time and he had those rods in his back, crippling him even more. Now, you're right; please don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to argue. If I was Nagato, I'd keep the Naraka(resurrection) Path's ability for myself, and replace that sixth body with a second Animal Path. That way the Naraka Path would be perfectly safe, and with the two Animal Paths, the other five Pains would be teleported back and forth without the Naraka Path's ability and trump card being compromised.

Example: Deva path is crushed, so the second Animal Path (with Nagato) teleports it and it is then resurrected/restored. Then the first Animal path (in the battle) teleports him back Just keep the safety ofthe animal path the first priority during battle and everything's safe. The first animal path they introduced was my favorite, next to the Deva. The second Animal path was kindah creepy, since Nagato did that to a chick (a young one, at that).

Kabuto underestimated Itachi just a lil bit right? Itachi has to be the allies best strategic weapon because he saved Naruto and Bee ass out there. I hope Kishi don't go off subject and go to the other fight. That will completely blow mines!!!!!

nagato is fighting for the bad guys, and the guys fighting for the good side should take some losses too, otherwise it becomes to predictable. that's why i dont even regard this as a war anymore, no matter what the manga states.

really nice chapter,finally one where i didnt had the feeling that it's full of oddly constructed decisions, logical errors and strange powerups.

just one thing i already found strange in the last chapter: why the hell doesnt kabuto un-summon itachi like he did with deideira when he fought onoiki?
