Then I saw this vid and pics I started to think that then pain said "I'll use that jutsu" it meant itachi and kisame just used they chakra to control bodies but it was not they who used that jutsu of changing body, it is pain ability!!

can't be sasori.. sasori always stays in his puppet, fact 1
another reason is that sasori's hair is more spiky, fact 2

most proberly it's hidan.

Oh and btw, chiqlette i've checked out that video and it's deffinately Hidan.. eye color says enough.. let alone his voice.
